Review: The room setup and view were good, but the bathtub and the shower room disappointed me a lot since they are dirty, the water is stuck on the floor, and they stink.

Review: Very happy with accommodation at RHM. It was a little bit of a walk to central tourist areas, but not too far. I wasn't aware that thr restaurant was closed at the time I booked. Still, happy with price, location, staff and accomodation.

Not geared at all to someone like me who is disabled. Lift out of action on Saturday for 3 hours and again on Sunday from about 18.00 hrs and still not repaired when l checked out on Monday at noon.
Any assistance to get to reception or to my taxi. No ! But when waiting outside for my taxi a young attractive lady arrived and she was given assistance!
Too remote and not up to date.
Avoid!

Please note the the beverages kept in the mini fridge is not free and they charge you. Also while you check out they will assume that you have had the water from the fridge and try to charge you for that, even when you have not consumed it, we went back and checked along with the staff before paying after which they said it was a mistake, but most of the guest doesn't check and directly pays so it better to check along with the staff. I prefer paying for the goods and services that I use and not other wise

Review: When a price seems too good to be true it usually is, and this has been my experience at this hotel. For some reason this hotel is known under about 3 different names EX Danang, EHM Luxury Hotel and Suites and Arita Rivera Hotel on Google.

Pros/
Staff were friendly
It was cheap
Laundry service was excellent
Location is ok - easy to get a grab and da nang is small
Cons/
Staff didn’t speak great English so communication was an issue.
My room (805) not only smelled of damp and mould but I could see evidence of mould in the room that had been painted over. Parts of the wall next to my bed were soft and the ceiling was brown where it had been painted over. The bed overs were damp and the toilet paper which is a sig. there is damp/mould in the room.
There was no soft lighting in the room either.
To be honest, the amount I paid I didn’t expect much, but if you’re going to market yourself as a “luxury” hotel, you can’t have your rooms smelling of damp.

Review: We got in after midnight and allowed for a quick and easy late check in. The room was big and clean. Walls are paper thin though, so be prepared for noise from neighbouring rooms. Do not do your laundry here, all of our light clothes came back stained and staff then refused to take responsibility and said we gave them clothes all stained??? It’s about a 20-30 min walk to anywhere but it wasn’t too bad. They also need to update on Agoda what they offer, no coffee or tea in the room.

Review: Overall experience was very good. Nice room nice ambience also the staff was very helpful
