Review: This was a lovely place to stay, very new and modern, beautifully done. It is a bit out of the way but you get free bike hire. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped me with a very good price for a car to the airport. If I’m in the area again would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The hotel I situated in between the ancient town and the beaches in a quiet alley. It is built by the owner Peter, who is a great host - always sweet and helpful! The rooms a super clean and in a nice, minimalistic design. All in all this is a perfect base from which to explore Hoi An!

Positive points: Everything: The room was big and clean, the staff is adorable, Peter will do everything to help you have a great stay .
The pool is good size and clean, the location is close from everything , it’s in a quiet area.
It’s 10/10 for everything .

Review: We had a lovely stay, very friendly staff, affordable price with breakfast included. Rooms are big and clean. Cleaning everyday. They have free bicycles to get to the center or beach. It's a very nice 5, 10 mins ride. Quiet location, which we really enjoyed.

Positive points: Perfect place to stay away from the noisy tourist crowds, cute cafes and restaurants are close by, the staff are kind and we booked a really comfy bus to Hue with the owner. The quality for the price was amazing, the room was so clean and comfy with a great AC and fresh towels every day!

Review: Only 7 rooms & family run. Peter is the owner. Cherry was the desk person. Very kind and most helpful on directions to places & arranging rides for us. No elevator & had top floor. They will make you breakfast on request or can pre-book. Not close to night Market & entertainment area. Would recommend the Circle restaurant near by for lunch & dinner

Positive points: The host and his family were all so friendly and helpful. Some really nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and a 30 minute walk into the centre of the old town, where there’s loads of shopping/things to do. The pool was incredible and we were the only ones using in throughout our entire stay. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean.

Review: We chose this for a weekend trip to Hoi An, and the room was awesome - exactly the same as in their photos. Nice accommodations, friendly staff. Really good and cheap (in comparison to some hotels we booked before in Hoi An). Anyways, the swimming pool was smaller than we thought (the scene is different from the example photo) and it is in front of the owner's room so it's not comfortable to go swimming there.

Positive points: Peters place was so beautiful clean, spacious, working A/C, clean pool, breakfast available if you wanted. He was so accommodating during our stay. He was able to sort out our taxi to Da nang and also he recommended his families tailor which was really good. Peter place was 30 min walk from the old quarter but he has bicycles which you can use for free or he can easily sort you out a motorbike. Peter was a very relaxed individual, you can ask him anything. He even was able to sort us out USD as we planned to travel to Cambodia after being in Hoi An.
