Positive points: The room smelled like body odor and mold. There was a cockroach that came out the shower and the water pressure was horrible, hardly any water at most

Positive points: All they think about is money and there are no services. I lost about $500 Canadian and rented the room I wanted in the same hotel, but they refused to modify the reservation or pay any difference. I was tired after traveling for a whole day, and I regretted it. This is the last time I will be in this hotel. I went to another hotel. Even the manager was reading my messages and did not respond, and I deleted his number. My advice to you is not to lose your customers in this way, because I read your negative reviews. nI have never felt exploited and sad except on this trip. I will change to another application other than Booking because you are the middleman and you are the reason for my loss.nI sent you their reservation that they forced me to book from with the reservation confirmation, so I now have two rooms and I do not need another room. I know what the problem is, but I hope that one of your employees will talk to me.nThank you

Negative points: Small room with no window. Not recomend for claustrophobic people. For me it worked alright
Review: Regretted my decision of staying here even it was only for one night. Couldn’t sleep because the bedsheet, pillowcase, everything on the bed were very smelly I don’t think they wash it daily/after guests checked out. Can literally smell all the stinky smelly odour on the bedding set, I had to cover the pillow with my used shirt which smells 100x better haha. Dirty dirty dirty thats all I can say. The only good thing about this place is the friendly staff.
Positive points: Location is convenient
Negative points: We booked Deluxe room which is 25m² room and they downgraded us to a 16m² room, without furniture for store clothes and without a lot of space for salat. We did ask reception why our room was much smaller compared to last time they said us some of the Deluxe room are small (so they are not Deluxe and not worth to be paid more). We didn't get another room neither a discount.

Positive points: the room was really good, what I like about this hotel near tp the place where I had a business at the German embassy so just walking distance and it’s easy to get food on streets
Negative points: the voice of the outdoor aircond very noisy so I could not sleep weel..I booked again for next trip I hope I get room as in the pictures not like before there is no window..
