Đánh giá: Aircond takes forever to cool and the water pressure very low. The only good thing was the staff.

Điểm trừ: There were mosquitoes in both rooms. Don't know where they were coming from, but we got bit alot.

Điểm cộng: The staff was accommodating and get us taxi because we don't have grab app. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. And When my friend left his drone at our room, he was able to get it back.

Điểm trừ: The room I stayed was noisy bcoz its facing the main road. Next time I will choose inner rooms. nNo hot shower although wifi was strong.

Điểm cộng: Within walking distance to Mega Mall & One Batam Mall & Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Short taxi/maxim/gojek ride to the Welcome To Batam sign. Room was large and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful !
Điểm trừ: No lift. Wifi on the 4th floor was very bad - you have to go down to the lobby to get wifi. Shower hot water totally not working.
Đánh giá: Suite room is big but look empty. Wardrobe don't have hangers. Only give 1 towel and it smells bad (like old rag). Rooms flooring is fully ceramic and they don't give any floor mat (for toilet) until we asked for it.

Đánh giá: Twin room smell of cigarette smoke although it's a non-smoking room. Bedsheet and pillow case got blood stains. Towels smells and look old. Walls stains due to aircon leak.
