Đánh giá: I arrived at 5pm , I saw no bellboy at all . I had to bring all my stuff on my own while I was actually that would at least a lil help from the stuff once I arrived . But unfortunately No HELP at all , I was fine cause I tried to accept that , nBy the night time I requested an extra blanket from the stuff but I got nothin , They said due to our policy we couldnt give you this blablablabla , oh come on , I was on your SUITE (one of the most expensive room in your hotel ) was it THAT hard for this HOTEL to just give its guest an extra blanket ? what a joke .. and exactly the next morning when I was abt to leave the hotel for check out, and again No BellBoy No security , No ONE at the front door to help , there was only one receptionist and he did nothing seeing me bringing lots of stuff . unbelievable , what a joke for a 4 star
