Đánh giá: Lokasinya sangat strategis, tengah kota. Kamar luas sekali. Sarapan juga cukup memuaskan.

Điểm cộng: Staff was very nice, offered us a free upgrade and held our luggage while we were on Pulau Weh. Room was clean and spacious.

Đánh giá: This was my second time staying in this hotel. The first time was good. I booked for 3 nights, i requested for large bed but they only kept twin bed for me. Upon checked in late in the evening, found out the body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. No hair dryer. Curtain in the room was without shield, toilet room was broken and couldnt close properly. two of the rooms light bulbs were not working. Luckily the maintenance team was kind enough to fix the lights and the hair dryer for me. second day, i left the room in the early morning and came back late. After complained, found out the toilet body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were still empty. The hair dryer was sort of exploded when i used it. No words to describe on how terrible my stay this time.

Đánh giá: Went for a 3 nights stay during Ramadan. Nearby the Grand Mosque and during evening, there are stalls selling many street foods.
