优点： The location between trees and a water stream.
缺点： There is always smoke from burning trees branches even at night.
评价： Tempatnya sejuk dan tenang
优点： The property is so nice and spacious, location is very convenient, the staff are very friendly and approachable, good customer service , the SPA massage therapist is really good, she did a good job.
缺点： The cleanliness need to be improved specially downstairs bathroom, not sure why the odor is pretty bad.
评价： nice & quiet ambience for staycation
优点： Big Villa situated in a beautiful setting, with a creek right by its side.
缺点： We stayed at the Founder's Villa. It felt exactly like an Airbnb instead of a full service Villa, they left you to clean up after yourselves except after breakfast, and do the bare minimum during your stay. Breakfast is a selection of local dishes, which was quite good actually, but they gave us artificial mango juice everyday and instant coffee powder in sachets for coffee. Come on, it doesn't cost much to squeeze fresh juice and buy a proper coffee machine! Kitchen facility is super old, and the overall amenities are lacking for the price. It was hard to find electricity outlets around the villa too. Not forgetting, pillows are a little too hard to sleep on, it gave one of us neck pain in the morning.
优点： The property was huge and love the food prepared and the staff was very helpful! Thanks mas Asep and mas Vecky
缺点： The bathroom feel too old, and the master bed room was kind of “seperate” from the building. Cause we need to go outside to reach the stairs to masterbed room. The wifi also poor
评价： Suitable if you are looking for a quiet getaway to rest and relax with family members in the villa. As we drove to the resort and had a mix of elderly folks, with teens and a young child, this place was suitable for us to chill for two nights. A pity it was the raining on both days and we couldn’t do more outdoors.
评价： I never find a place in Puncak with this serenity, good view, fresh air and huge villa. Plus Plataran's hospitality. Surely will come back
优点： alam nya
缺点： wifi kurang kenceng
评价： We stay in Ingrida villa with beautiful views of tall trees. The villa itself is huge, good for big company or family gathering. The place is quiet and cool. Breakfast food taste can be improved.
评价： Just great.
评价： GOOD LOCATION. GOOD FACILITIES. AND I'LL BE BACK
评价： This place is simply marvellous. Away from the hustle bustle of the city yet food and others are easily accessible. Butler is available if you need assistance. I would hughly recommend this place and will definitely return.
