Đánh giá: Best hotel in the Bromo area, they have a wonderful property and support local farmers, highly recommended!
Điểm cộng: Mr Boris is a wonderful person and helped alot. He is managing it very well. Due to his management i will recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues
Đánh giá: 酒店这边的太棒了～酒店装修风格统一而古典，餐厅也很好吃，重点是提供下午4点～5点的下午茶～真的好吃又好看～风景美极了～必须呆2天～真的好美
Điểm cộng: Hotel staffs are very helpful and they provide us exceptional service. All the staffs very friendly and capable to do their job.
Điểm trừ: The room was not that quite enough. Some sound from the surroundings can be heared through the window and doors. Maybe they can upgrade the alumunium windows and doors for better sound proofing.

Đánh giá: If you wanna try how it is like to live inside the clouds, try to stay at pelataran hotel. The hotel offers some activities that families can enjoy such as animal feeding, painting, doughnut decoration, resort tour, and many more.nnFeedback:nThe breakfast can be improvednThe animal cleanest can be improved
Điểm cộng: The weather and the vibe there are great. The staff and the services are also very good. We are so welcomed there and feel comfortable. Wish could come back again next time
Điểm trừ: Some flies are around us when we have breakfast or tea time. But on the hand, I know that The staff has anticipated this by covering the food and fruits using serving hoods.

Điểm cộng: Close to bromo sunrise point. The sunset point on the premise was really nice. They have some nice picnic area.
Điểm trừ: We stayed for 4 night. The food was not goodand lack of variety. The indonesian food and international cuisine was not good. Staff was not really accomodating. The bedroom wasn't clean until we asked for at 3pm.
Đánh giá: Nice luxury hotel and great location if you come for Bromo Tour. If you stay for 2 nights or more, ask for best view room (especially for attic deluxe), I'm not lucky enough to offered the room with nice view during checked in, and found wall as room view instead of the beautiful mountain scenery.

Đánh giá: Must say that this is one of the best hotel with the most excellent service! Even the manager Mr. Boris really take times to mingle with guests and ask what the guest needs. They even gave us better directions since we said we passed some very narrow and challenging roads to reach the hotel. nOverall, a very satisfying experience to stay in this hotel.
Điểm cộng: Afternoon tea and evening cocktail are nice for food and beverages.
Điểm trừ: House keeping did not check the utilities in the bath room ,shower gel were empty ,lack of toilet tissue and facial tissues for Suite room ( not suitable with expensive price).
Đánh giá: Expensive and difficult to reach hotel, if you plan to stay at hotel and enjoy then it is a great hotel, if you plan to visit bromo then better find other cheaper hotel
