Đánh giá: Everthing was good but on a standard room you have a very close neighbour and a paper thin wall in between the two rooms. I was okay as I had quiet neighbours both nights

Đánh giá: The Pomelo was not what we expected. It appears that the facilities have not been used in a few years. The grounds were dry, rough, and falling apart. The room had inadequate AC, no toilet paper and a broken lock. We were the only people there...no other guests at all. We did not stay even one night. The staff were very nice, but they have some work to do to get his place back to what it once was.

Đánh giá: The bungalow window was smashed, the outside light didn't work. The bar and restaurant were abandoned. The reception did not appear to be manned properly. The pool showers were full of rubble, the sink was broken in half, some of the furniture was broken. It was not as advertised.nnHowever, the grounds were very pretty and not too far of a walk to Ong Lang centre. nnWe decided not to stay and the owner was very good about refunding the unused nights and organised us a taxi elsewhere.nnThis place could be stunning but needs work.

Đánh giá: Small family owned hotel in a quiet and beautiful area close to the beach. We were the only guest but even if you are not alone every guest has their own sweet bungalow with an outdoor shower (which was awesome). The rooms wer cozy, the beds were comfy and the staff / family very friendly. Can recommend this hotel a lot!

Đánh giá: Absolutely loved my time there. Helpful staff with great restaurants recommendation. My sister forgot her AirPods there and got them back shipped to our place for free. 🙇

Điểm cộng: I loved everything about this Garden resort, the staff were so kind and helpful in everything. They have a kitchen, free bicycles and water. Along with that clean swimming pool.

Điểm cộng: Loved this place!! Came for 6 days and stayed for 18. I didn’t want to leave! The grounds are beautiful, the little bungalows are super comfy (I liked my stone cottage the best) it was private and peaceful and I was treated like family, invited to a big Christmas Eve dinner the owner put on for us all and Minh at the front desk made me dinner one night! It’s a reasonable walk to the small Ong Lang beach but they also have bikes available to use for free (although some guests liked to think they were for their sole use and kept them up on their decks which I thought was rather selfish) or you can rent a scooter for 7 US per day.nThe pool is lovely and oxygenated instead of chlorinated and they were kept busy putting out new chaise loungers to meet the incoming need. nIt is excellent value for the money, everything else was much more expensive, even at a lower quality.nBut the very best thing about Pomelo is Minh (front desk manager) and Binh (night reception) who are THE BEST!! Binh told me when I arrived (tired and grumpy in the middle of a total blackout storm) that he knew we were going to be great friends and he was so right!!n:)
