Parkside Sunline Hotel

Review: Room was nice and clean, toilet comes with bidet. Staff was friendly and attentive to details. There is even buffet breakfast and free self service laundry with dryer. All in all a great stay

Review: While our expectations were not high as it is a simple 3-star hotel, we were very impressed by the accommodations. nnThe rooms we got were clean and spacious, with a good bathroom (has a bidet)! The breakfast buffet was filling, and the overall facilities were clean and straightforward.nnMy favorite part, however, is the accommodating staff. Our experience with them is exceptional—they were so helpful and hospitable, always ready to assist you. My grandma was very happy with Long, who took care of us during our stay.nn10/10 would recommend if you don’t mind the extra travel to the touristy old quarters (via a quick Grab ride) and being in front of a busy major road. Will definitely book again when we come back!

Review: We had a great time staying here 3N (14-17 Apr). We were impressed all the service staff esp the two frontdesk ladies. We had an issue with our check-in dates and they helped us resolve it professionally.

Positive points: Great staff and great service. room wasn’t what I expected as pictures were better than what it was. Toilet and bathroom was together which I didn’t expect and room was quite small. Location was not bad only 5 minute taxi ride to old quarter.

Review: Without providing extra beds, receptionist charged additional money for kids (even citing kids stay for free)

Review: Mình đặt phòng sup cho 2 người ở 1 đêm. Diện tích phòng khá là nhỏ :( nên thích hợp ở ngắn thôi. Ngoài ra thì tiện nghi đầy đủ, cơ bản. Nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện, do bị hoãn giờ bay nên mình check out trễ 3 tiếng cũng được hỗ trợ. Giá phòng có free ăn sáng.
