Review: We went there and the entrance is too old style but when we entered the property it was awesome. Mr Bao is too good and friendly. The hospitality and food all the things were good.

Positive points: the owner Bao was exceptional. travelling alone , so really helped me out . lifts to the beach and into town. nothing was a problem . pool was amazing. food great x

Review: Stayed in June 2024 for 2 nights. Excellent price for a villa with private pool. Host is very good and attentive to details and accommodating to all our needs. Pool is cleaned daily and it is such a pleasure to dip in the pool whenever we came back to the room for a short rest. Transport and food options are readily available through app delivery. So not a concern for us. Will definitely come back again! Thanks.

Review: The rooms are large and spacious with a private pool and Jacuzzi. Extraordinary value for money. The owner and the staff are very friendly. The only downside is that it's a little away (about 4 kms) from the main Hoi An town but you can always book a Grab or rent a scooter.

Review: Im so happy we found this place, secret little paradise with your own private pool and courtyard, secluded away from the noisy streets but right there just a couple of minutes from the Hoi an night markets on the river, the staff were super friendly and spoke great English... 10 out of 10 would stay here whenever I visit Hoi an again.

Positive points: Breakfast was good. The customer service was exceptionally good. They are willing to help and serve you anytime of the day. The place was quiet and peaceful. We had privacy and the pool was clean and big. The villa is so spacious. And of course the free laundry! And also we were served mango smoothie and iced coffee anytime we requested. We also requested for early check in, and they managed to fulfill our request with an amazing welcome drink. Totally worth every penny. Good experience and amazing environment! Thank you so much! We are truly satisfied.

Review: What an amazing place! Grey staff who would go above and behind to help you and accommodate any needs you may have! Breakfast is yummy and they make you warm breakfast along with fresh fruits! The pool is an awesome place to chill and not small at all! Pretty deep so you could just swim or chill out! Also super close to old town and they get you a taxi from the airport and can arrange any transportation you may need!

Positive points: Such a perfect place! Great villas with big private pool. The host, Bao, makes sure that you have everything you need, and the staff is very welcoming. Fantastic breakfast, free laundry and free airport Pick-up (one way). Pool and villas are well maintained. Lovely area with really nice local restaurants in walking distance. 10 minutes drive outside Old Town, the host helps with transport within minutes. Just a really, really nice place to stay.

Review: 1. 친절한 스태프: 항상 친절하고 기분 좋게 응대해줬어요. 필요한 것을 말하면 바로바로 대응해줬어요. 또 체크아웃하고 물건을 두고 온 것이 기억났는데 연락했더니 바로 챙겨줬어요.
2. 위치: 호이안 중심과는 떨어져있지만(그래봤자 택시타고 10분 정도)그래서 더 좋았어요. 조용하고 local을 느낄 수 있어서요. 프라이빗 그 자체예요!
3. 청결: 숙소는 깨끗하게 청소해주시는데 자연이랑 가까워서 개미는 있는 편입니다. 그래도 조그만 개미라 나중엔 귀야워 보였어요. 또 수영장도 아침마다 청소해주셔서 맘 놓고 놀았어요.
4. 기타: 리셉션에 부탁해서 룸에서 마사지 받을 수도 있는데 가격도 괜찮고 마사지도 좋아요. 그리고 노을 시간에 숙소 근처에 있는 breez? 레스토랑 꼭 가보세요. 강에서 배도 탈 수 있는데 노을이 정말 멋쟈요...! 음식도 맛있고 사장님도 엄청 친절해요.

전체적으로 너무 좋았던 숙소였고 기회가 된다면 이 숙소에서 한달살기해도 좋을 것 같았어요.

Positive points: The staff (especially Kim) were very helpful and kind. Laundry done at no charge. The pool was lovely and always kept super-clean. Breakfast was simple but generous. Free coffee/tea anytime.

Review: Quiet and peaceful. The pool pics can be deceiving, it's a little over 5 feet deep at the deepest point, looks less in the pics. An Bang beach is a 10 minute motorbike ride away, downtown is a little bit less. Ms Cau is the best, she will help with anything you need, great stay.

Positive points: I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a two bedroom villa with a big pool. The pool is a highlight but the entire villa is fantastic - spacious and well thought out.

Review: Great option for couples as the villas are very private. The service staff is amazing as well and go out of their way to help with any small thing that might be required. We will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!

Positive points: The rooms were clean and well designed. the staff was very friendly and seemed like a good functioning business. The private pool was cleaned every day. If you needed stuff done (like a banana smoothie made or tour booked) you just had to Whatsapp the owner. They have scooters on site to rent for the duration of the stay. Its only a very short trip to the old town and beaches. Breakfast was excellent
