Positive points: Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện, chăm sóc khách hàng rất tốt.
Khách sạn sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi.
Có cf, trà, bánh free dưới sảnh.
Vị trí thuận tiện BTS.
Tôi rất thích nơi này, sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.

Review: Dịch vụ tốt ạ.

Ưu điểm:
- Nhân viên dễ thương, siêu support.
- Có khu đồ ăn & vật dụng free ở ngay sảnh (bàn chải này nọ sẽ lấy ở khu này chứ không có sẵn trong phòng).
- Vật dụng trong phòng mới và sạch sẽ.
- Khăn được bọc trong từng túi sạch sẽ.
- Giặt ủi free, và khách sạn còn tặng túi để đựng đồ nữa.
- Nằm trong hẻm nên không nghe ồn ào.
- Gần trạm BTS Ratchathewi, đi bộ vài phút là tới.

Nhược:
- Khách sạn nằm trong con đường nhỏ, nếu đi lại buổi tối thì hơi tối. Trước khách sạn có cái chỗ thoát nước khá ẩm ướt nên đi lại bất tiện chút xíu.
- Phòng hơi nhỏ (mình thuê phòng 3 khách).
- Gương soi toàn thân trong phòng khá tối, bật full đèn vẫn thấy tối nên mình và bạn phải mở rèm cửa và quay mặt ra hướng cửa sổ để có thể makeup 😂.

Nói chung ưu nhiều hơn nhược, cho 5 ⭐️ ạ ^^

Review: We arrived around midnight but the staff is still there to help us with our luggages. I once went out to buy stuffs and was waiting for my friend to open the room, then one staff randomly appeared and asked to help me with their service key, which was so nice of them!! Although my room is not big, it has all the basic things that we need for a clean and convenient room. Highly reccommended!!

Review: The hotel where I stayed had very friendly and and helpful. Although the room was small, it was very neat and tidy, with towels and pillows neatly packaged in bags looking clean. A small note is that personal items such as toothbrushes and soap are available on shelves near the elevator, under the reception area (complimentary snacks, cakes, and candies). Especially, the price was affordable and convenient for traveling to the central areas of Siam or Pratunam. It's only about a 5-minute walk to the BTS. If I visit Bangkok again, I will choose to stay at this place. Highly recommended!!!

Review: We have stayed here for 3 nights and you know what? This is the best experience ever in Bangkok from 2 stars hotel. Room is small but really tidy and clean, pillows and towels has been covered also. Fridge, TV, dryer, hot and cold machine in bathroom and extra water everyday. Free snack, instant noodles cup, toothbrush and many things more are served and refilled beside the elevator at ground floor. On the other hand, staffs are friendly, you cannot believe it, every single staff is friendly and helpful. We will come back Bangkok and stay here once again.

Review: The quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. It's located at the end of an alley, so those who aren't familiar with it will find the distance from the BTS station a bit far. Refilled coffee, cakes and instant noodles free laundry, no noise, good soundproofing, friendly staff. Close to grocery stores so I don't need to go to 711. Simple but professional procedures, feel like a rental apartment (so it's very close) but the service is careful and convenient. I really want to come back to this place. The only downside is that there are quite a few foot massage parlors around to choose from compared to a tourist area, the D&D (opposite alley) is really good at massaging, near Jae Koy.

Positive points: Đây là lần 2 mình quay lại Thái Lan và ở khách sạn này. Vị trí tương đối gần BTS, cũng dễ định vị book xe. Phòng có diện tích vừa phải, sạch sẽ, trang thiết bị đều sử dụng tốt, wifi mạnh. Nhân viên tinh tế, chăm chút cho khách, nhiệt tình dễ thương lắm. Ở lobby khách sạn còn có mini bar, có mì - bánh - coffee - … mà đám mình ví von là mini 711. Đến khách sạn bạn sẽ nhận được nhiều điều bất ngờ nữa.

Review: Tuy nằm trong ngõ, nhưng ở giữa 2 trạm Siam với Ratchathewi, có thể đi bộ ra khu One Siam, MBK, BACC, Jae Koy, … phòng vừa đủ tiện nghi, service cực tốt, với giá tiền thì rất đáng giá.
