Positive points: The place is cozy and clean. The staff goes way and beyond expectation. They handled my requests professionally. I highly recommend this place.
Review: very friendly staff and near to many restaurants.
Positive points: Just the smell of good fragrance at the lobby
Negative points: The bathroom and the rooms was not really clean and comfortable! Old furniture

Positive points: Good location, easy to go around, grab driver always near by, friendly and helpfull staff especially the door man ‘AGUNG’ he should get a raise! Overall its a good stay, will come again..

Review: Good location and a 5 mins walk away from Sarinah mall and a few coffee shops nearby. Easy to get grabfood and grab around the area. Staff were friendly and prompt to requests. The room was decent but not for fussy travellers, only warm lighting was used in the room

Negative points: I didn't like the bed sheets some part of it was ripped and many stains on it felt like it's not been changed also many cockroach in the bathroom and the breakfast buffet.
