Đánh giá: There are some pros and cons here. nThe room itself was clean and new. No mold. AC was little bit weak, but it was not a big problem for me. It has all the cooking supplies. Everything was clean. nI didn’t like the fact they didn’t have a territory to hang out outside of the room. The pool area was small with only 2 sun beds and 1 table where people was constantly sitting and smoking. I never used the pool. It wasn’t appealing for me. nBut the biggest problem was noise 😩nDogs barking, roosters , people - I could hear everything. nThe dog started barking loudly at 23:30 at night right under my balloons. It was a property of local people located just right under my entrance, and they were hanging out at midnight talking, drinking - and I could hear everything. The rooster was crowing at night and in the morning. It was very difficult to rest. I was wearing ear plugs at night every night. nSo if you are sensitive to noise or If you are looking for a quiet place don’t go there. nOther than that the room itself was good, modern and clean 👍🏼

Điểm cộng: The place and bed were good as well as the location to the main street. Close to lots of restaurants, massage places, and a 5 minute walk from the new Icon mall. The room was very comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. They have washing machines and will also bring your laundry to a facility. Check-in and check out were very smooth and easy. Please note that the office close a 5 pm.

Điểm cộng: Didn't have breakfast. The location was good for us as we hired a scooter to get around. The staff were always friendly and helpful as much as was possible with their limited English. Our room was always beautifully cleaned while we were away. It was wonderful having a pool at our doorstep. The villa was comfortable.

Điểm cộng: The staff was so friendly, the apartment had all the facilities you needed and is 10 min walk to the beach.

Đánh giá: Lovely clean apartment in a great location.nDownside the noise from the bar in front of our room which did karaoke until 4.30 am every morning was not pleasant, not the fault of the facility just be aware if you don’t mind sleepless noisy nights

Điểm cộng: Big room with natural light, exit straight to the pool, small kitchen to make your own food if wanted. The staff is nice when they are there, overall the room was great!

Đánh giá: The room is spacious. We've got fully functional kitchen and all the utensils, big fridge. The balcony is spacious. There's washing machine that can be used (bring your own detergent), & the location is awesome! 5 mins away to the beach. If only the price could be a bit cheaper lol. nOne thing is the alley area is full of dog poop and no lighting in the evening, & there are some unfriendly dogs lol. I know it's not part of the hotel, but that alley way is the short cut to the beach and one of the main reason we like to stay in the location / hotel. But overall, great!

Điểm cộng: The apartment with a kitchen was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool was immaculate and very refreshing. With that said, what I liked the most about Ocean Star is the staff. Wow! They are very friendly, speak great English, showed me kindness I have never found anywhere else. They worked very hard to help me try and find my luggage that the airline lost. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a really special stay in Sanur.

Đánh giá: We loved everything except the rooster crow waking us up every morning. The pool was actually too warm due to lots of sun... but hey it's Bali. Bathroom shower smelt a bit after a few days. Location is very close to Fit 24 gym and many restaurants with Glass House a favorite. Close to Icon Mall too. Cleaning staff very freindly and kind. Large apartments and great if you want to cook. Big fridge also. Overall great value.
