Negative points: The girl serving at check in charged 1mil more won than my original booking.com guaranteed price and when I asked about it she did not seem to understand that there was a charge difference even though I showed her the booking.com price. Secondly, we were asked to go through booking.com to amend our stay duration only to find that booking.com checks with the venue anyway to confirm amendments.
Review: Amazing! Breakfast was so good, staff really efficient. Location was great for us, a few minutes walk to the subway. Gym was well equipped. Would highly recommend Novotel!

Negative points: the door lock of room , it usually takes me more than one min to open , I once struggled 5 mins to open the door I once failed to open after struggling 5-7 mins …nmaybe the key or the lock too old, not sensitive..?! I stayed at floor 08th ( my colleagues floor 4th&5th also struggled the same lock issue ), maybe executive floors not have this problem?!nNovotel should replace the new lock.
Review: A strategic hotel, easy to wander around, walking distance, close to restaurants, shops, convenient stores, lots of beauty clinics. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay here again for next visit. Highly recommended.
Negative points: It’s showing its age, particularly the bathrooms. Also, a small detail, but the check in staff hide behind big computer screen so you don’t see them. The screen should be lower and the staff should focus on the guests

Review: The bed is comfy, king sized, can fit for 3 persons. Everything is good
Positive points: Great pool and jacuzzi, wish I had paid more for the sauna and use of the bath tho! Got lots of help from staff whenever I needed it like getting someone to help bring our bags down and whatnot. It was a really comfortable stay. I'd definitely staying here again just longer or maybe in a different branch.
Negative points: Decor is a little bit dated! But not a problem considering everything else.
