Review: Friendly staff, eager to assist when I encountered an issue with my credit card payment. The hotel is located in the city center, close to dining spots in Bao Loc. The room and bathroom are clean, and the room rate includes a portion of breakfast served at the hotel.
Positive points: nice view .
Negative points: breakfast . ( bread just be added egg only )
Review: The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is included when booking a room. Convenient location, situated in the center, close to famous dining spots in the city.
Positive points: The hotel rooms are actually decent. The ones looking over the hills have an amazing view. The beds are really comfortable, ac worked, plenty of parking, not too noisy. As a building it's a pretty pleasant hotel.
Negative points:
Unfortunately I felt a bit deceived by the hotel. The booming said breakfast included, I had a long drive that day so a good easy breakfast was one of the reasons I booked.
I noticed on that morning there were no indications of any service being offered so I asked and the girl said it was not on today due to the upcoming new year. This is 5 days before Tet bear in mind 5! Part of me thinks this was deception too.
In the end I asked for a nominal discount off my hotel bill which she had to phone some sleepy man on the phone to seek permission. I'm not sure what she would have done had he said no as I wouldn't have paid anymore.
That's all well and good but then they reported to booking I hadn't shown up for the room to try and claim more money off my card. I felt very deceived.

Review: The hotel is a bit old, so everything is just average. Breakfast is included, but I personally find the food only at a "satisfactory" level. The biggest advantage is the location right in the center with reasonable prices.
