Review: Good view from the balcony. Old room but very large, I appreciated that. Staff is nice. Location is less than 10 minutes ride from the Bui Vien, very quiet.
Positive points: Good value for money, in a nice quiet street and neighbourhood in district 7, plenty of options to eat or coffee very nearby, short taxi or bus ride to district 1. Clean room, everything working, I can recommend.
Review: Room price is okay, facilities are quite complete, suitable for everyone. The only suggestion for the hotel is that the hallway is a bit dark, but everything else is fine. The owner is very friendly.
Positive points:

- in backside view you will enjoy in a miniature of rural life and picturesque nature, if you like calm and contemplation.🖼️
Negative points: you may find a few insects due to the nature of area (not too noisy).
Review: The location is a bit far from the airport. The staff is nice. The room has balcony which can view a portion of the city. Need more improvement on the facility as there are no available kettle for coffee. Has a big room.
Positive points: The auntie (owner) was very nice and also the property!
Negative points:
There was a little noise at night around 3AM like someone bangging other room doors on the same floor of my room!
Hope they come up with the solution, and with the guests attitude who decide to stay at night.

Positive points:
I had a wonderful experience at the Ngoc Loan Hotel. I stayed there for one and a half weeks, and everything was great. From the hospitality, to the facilities and the cleanliness, it was all top notch.
The hotel room is really nice, clean and spacious. The bed was soft and the pillows were comfy. You also get two tables and three chairs, and the tables are large enough to where you can actually eat your breakfast and lunch on it. The room I had also came with a large fridge and was equipped with an effective AC, that cooled the room fast. The bathroom was also large and clean. Furthermore, I really loved the hotel-balcony, it came with a lovely view over Saigon and the surrounding area.
The hospitality of the Ngoc Loan Hotel was lovely. Every day, of your stay, your met with smiles and happy faces from the hosts, which really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Moreover, the hosts were considerate, friendly and helpful and it makes for a wonderful stay at the hotel.
All for a really reasonable price.
Negative points: The Ngoc Loan Hotel is, however, located a little distant from the city center, which makes it a little inconvenient to get to and from District 1.

Positive points: The area was pretty quiet which was nice, a lot of shops nearby and it's mostly local stuff. The hotel was fairly clean, but did have a lot of ants in the room, after asking reception I got some RAID to spray them with which helped. The hotel had helpful staff and was a decent price.
Negative points: The location was a bit out of the way from both D1 and D7, this was my first stay in HCMC and it was difficult to guess where it was really. Grab is a great solution if you take the bikes, it was pretty cheap and quick into D1. The ants in the room wasn't great, the room was also a bit worn. It seemed the door had been broken open before, and there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.

( Đa số khách sạn,Thậm chí là nhà nghỉ cũng đã free 2chai nước)
Cửa WC hư. Khóa cửa phòng mở cái đã bị Gãy chìa
(Khi đưa trả phòng cho Khách sạn. Mình nghĩ sẽ nhận đc lời Xin lỗi kiểu : xl quý khách (a/c) vì đã có trải nghiệm ko tốt ở hotel chúng tôi. bla. bla
Nhưng ko có nha ! mình trả phòng là 12h15 (đã đứng dưới lễ tân)
Thay vì lời xin lỗi vì Cửa WC hư Cửa phòng vừa mở thi
Positive points: Quiet and spacious room.
Negative points: Only one outlet so I had to switch between the fridge and charging devices.
Review: Phòng gia đình sạch sẽ, rộng rãi. Đi xe máy 10 phút là ra tới trung tâm quận 1.
Positive points: Kind staff and clean room on 4th floor with elevator. Budget friendly hotel.
Negative points: Wi-fi was really bad. There was loud drilling and hammering early at morning
