Điểm trừ: There's really nothing I don't like. This is a smaller sized complex with beautiful two bedroom units. They are put together so well with modern yet realistic rooms and perfect size private pools and super nice kitchen.

Điểm trừ: We booked 2 villas, the difference between what each villa had was astounding…nOur Villa pretty much had nothing as compared to our friends that had everything.nThe things our friends had as compare to what we didn’t have wasnCooking utensils nWine glassesnDvd playernPool loungesnHair dryernAll remotes for tvsnA working safenIt may not seem much, but in my opinion they should all be the same.nWe asked for some pool lounges and we were told no, no available they don’t have anymore.nWe also asked for a late check out and they wanted to charge $200 AUD and that was to stay until 6pm only… I ended up going online and booking the night with booking.com and saved $40 and could leave whenever we wanted as we had a late night flight out.nThe cleaning staff were lovely to deal with, couldn’t fault them, however the villas are looking very tired and needed a good “spring clean”nThe lack of air con in the kitchen/dinning area was very hard to deal with, the only place that was comfortable from the heat was in your bedroom. nThe lounge room area is outside close to the road so hearing the tv is very difficult however there are tv’s in the bedrooms also. The 2 wooden chairs to sit on in that area were quiet uncomfortable, no lounge suite to get comfortable on.nGreat location A+++++ but unfortunately that would be the best part about this place.nWe come to Bali every year and this would definitely not be back on the list of places to stay especially for the price.

Điểm trừ: Our Villa was broken into and we had over $300aud stolen. The villa manager was horrible to deal with, was not understanding to the situation and refused to give us a refund. In the end we had to fight to see cctv footage for proof of a break in and then had to push for 4 nights refund (we had 5 nights left) when the manager was only going to give us 2 nights. The first Villa they took us to had no running water and after they moved us we found the beds were very hard and felt like sleeping in the floor, there is hardly any kitchen utensils and there was a substance that looked like black mould (can not confirm what it was) in one of the bathrooms. Do not recommend.

Điểm trừ: No 24-hour front desk as mentioned in the booking! - False Information!nThe upstairs bedroom was full of mosquitoes and insects which were biting all of us. We 4 had to sleep in the bottom bedroom.nBathroom did not have hand soap.nBathtub was very dirty!nFloors were dirty!nCups in the kitchen so dirty!nNot cleaned before keeping backnA dirty cup from the previous stay was kept in the microwave with milk inside which was smelling so bad when removed. I had to clean it myself to avoid the children from gagging from the smell.nDownstairs bedroom lamp switch broken.nVery low lighting in the bedroom!nTowels were very smelly!nAll utensils in the kitchen were so dirty and stained. Not washed before keeping it inside!nI think the staff were in a big hurry to get the room cleaned as the previous occupants checked out very late!nNot kid-friendly! Pool is too deep for kids to play in!nNo street lamps on the approach to the villa. Not very safe to be walking around with family if coming back to the villa late at night!nA/C not cooling. Vents very dirty!nBathroom pot was not flushing after using.nI had requested Mahindra for a late check out by 1pm. He mentioned that it was ok but just to call him earlier on that day! I tried calling him and messaging him, but he did not respond even after seeing the messages. The other cleaning staff is messaging me at 12.48 asking for 150K more money for the late check out!nCompletely unacceptable!nnI am back home now & the itching from the insect bites have not yet stopped!nPicture attached!nnExtremely disappointed with the stay!nnThis is my first time that I am giving a 1-star review on booking.com!

Điểm trừ: The pool have a bad smell and the place not so clean. After we check out the staff text us about the side lamp on the second floor bedroom has broken, luckily that we had been make video when we arrive that day from entrance to the whole room so we have proove that the lamp was already broken before we check in

Điểm trừ: it’s dirty. there is still sand and stain in my bed and I asked the staff to clean it but they said they dont have seats anymore. floor is full of dust and the pool is dirty.

Điểm trừ: Seemed there’s No maintenance for a long time. The wooden ground near the pool and master toilet window is broken and it looks so old.
