Positive points: The location is good, the staff is really helpful.

Negative points: The toilet has a very unpleasant smell, though i reported it to the staff to help me get rid of the smell, there were no one come to help me fix the problem.

Positive points: located in a tourist area, very convenient for group tours. many seafood places to eat but at a much higher cost, there are better places but need to ask the locals.

Negative points: this is listed as a 5 star hotel but nothing resemble one, majority of the listed facilities are closed down since they are all outside vendor operators. if you are just looking for a bed, there are better places but the staff are wonderful and they do try very hard to please you.

Review: The hotel is located near the docking area to the Ha Long Bay cruise. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean. The breakfast buffet is ok. Highland Coffee is located in the lobby of the hotel which was very convenient. The Sunworld park is located across the street. It did not appeared to be open during our stay due to the low season. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a safe and peaceful area.
