Điểm cộng: My friend and I had an amazing stay at the Mertasari Bungalows. The grounds were beautiful and the room was very clean with nice outdoor(ish) shower and toilet. Bed was comfortable. What really stood out to us was the exceptionally friendly hospitality we received. From providing scooter rental to arranging a lovely breakfast that was brought to our bungalow, everything was spot on! The ladies even helped me care for a small cut I received during my travels and even came to my room to treat it with aloe - THANK YOU!!

Đánh giá: We were on the island mainly to dive and found out that we had to leave really early on our dive days. We went to the reception at 730pm (and at 830 pm) on the night before to ask if they could accommodate preparing our breakfast at 630 am but they were not at the reception anymore. When we woke up at around 6am (as we had to reach the dive center at 7am) and asked if they could prepare breakfast at 6, they shouted at my husband and said "Are you crazy?!" This was really uncalled for - we were asking if they could accommodate and they could simply say that it is not possible / it is difficult. Shouting at someone right when they've woken up is really rude and not necessary.

Air conditioning in the room was also not working well.

Our Dive Center was more helpful than the reception here. We rarely write reviews but this was really a terrible experience - would not even stay here even for the price point.

Điểm cộng: Absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff were so so so nice, welcoming and accommodating!! Some of the kindest people we’ve met! Very good value. 5 min walk to ocean/dive shops. Motorbike rental on site for good price. Great breakfast every morning!

Đánh giá: Booked a stay for 2 days and the place was spacious and comfortable with eateries nearby. Staff were polite and promptly assisted in for any issues. Recommended.

Đánh giá: We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful accommodation. The bungalows are nice and clean. The staff are amazing. They helped us organise a driver to take us to the west side of the island. Breakfast is good. Location is close to many restaurants, warungs and beach clubs. Their dog, Squid, comes and greets you as you return to the property.
Pool is fun but stay in the shallow end as it gets really deep on the other side. A well maintained property and I will definitely recommend.
