10.0 The beautiful villa and its kind owner - のりと馬 01-04-2024

Positive points: This villa is very close to beach and there are many restaurants within a few minutes on foot.
Mrs. Linh, this villa's owner, was very kind to us. Even if you don't speak English, she can help you with anything by WhatsApp. We can only listen English a little, so were able to read and understand her messages of this application.

Negative points: Nothing.
Some dogs from a nearby restaurant came into the garden.lol

Positive points: Villa is quite nice and comfortable

Negative points: 1. When customers estimate the check-out time, please help to send the staff after or right at the check-out time on app or contact before coming. Please donot send 4-5 people before the checkout time too early. They sit all around the villa, while customer and family still stay in the villa and packing up stuff and it's 40 minutes before the check-out time.
We have to rest, then must watch the stuff and pack uncomfortably at the same time.
2. Road is hard to access for kids and cars
3. Parking lot is nearby and no instruction, guide or help from staff. Eventhough they called beforehand to alert about the parking but we need staff to guide when coming and not only through phone
