Đánh giá: I really enjoyed staying here! They have really cool evening programs. Everything was clean. The food is delicious! I LOVED the staff, they are all so friendly and helping. Especially Billy, he became a good friend, was super nice, friendly and fun! Can’t wait to come back!

Điểm cộng: I loved the pool, volleyball court, and the vibes.nMexican night and music quiz were quite nice. It’s very easy to meet people here and make friends if traveling solo. The restaurant menu is okay.

Điểm cộng: Disappointing Stay at Mad Monkey Gili T - Highly Unprofessional and UnsafennI stayed at Mad Monkey Gili T with a friend, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcomed. There was no staff to assist us, and the check-in process was chaotic. Despite having our names on the list, it seemed they deliberately didn’t include us, which was very frustrating.nnThe reception staff, especially a lady working there, was unprofessional and defensive when we asked any questions. There was also a guy named Dan who was rude and shouted at us, making the situation even worse. We felt uncomfortable and unwanted throughout our stay.nnThe hostel itself was in a very poor state—dirty, unkempt, and nothing like the photos on Booking.com, which are clearly staged to attract guests. To make matters worse, the place felt unsafe. Our luggage was left unsecured, and we even felt that some staff members were supporting certain guests who were stealing from newcomers. nnI wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame, because it could have been a great stay, but the lack of professionalism, poor hygiene, and unsafe environment ruined the experience for us.

Đánh giá: Scammed of my key deposit!! I gave large deposit, returned the key and they would not give me my money back. They have lied multiple times to me and my friends that have also stayed there. Lady working at reception is miserable, does not speak kindly and is a scam artist. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE! Facilities not clean and drinks awful.

Đánh giá: This is a lovely hostel, but even as oldies we really enjoyed it. Staff were superb, bar and pool were great and our bungalow was beautiful. nnOnly two small issues, the shower wasn't hot but not such a problem in this weather. The other is be careful when booking with Agoda, our booking said bungalow but we had actually reserved a tipi, Marco was fantastic and got it sorted for us but we had to pay a little extra. I will be complaining to Agoda

Điểm cộng: I loved the bungalow that we stayed in, it was spacious for 2ppl and very clean. The employees were super nice and it was a fun party environment. Sexy boy was of course sexy and fun, he was the host of the game nights and he kept the party going. The food was good and drinks were too. It’s right across from the beach but you’ll have to walk down a bit to get in the ocean due to lots of rocks across from Mad Monkey. I’ll definitely be back.

Đánh giá: It’s first time i stayed at mad monkey hostel , it was really fun and also clean , the volunteers at mad monkey was so nice ( Nicky and Hayana ) hayana took me with her bike at night even though it was so difficult , best experience ever ❤️

Điểm cộng: The rep Izzy was absolutely amazing. He made us feel so at home and went above and beyond to cater for anything we needed. Honestly cannot praise him enough.

Đánh giá: We had a very pleasant stay at Mad monkey. There was some kind of issue with the behaviour of fellow travellers. However, the manager, Marco, immediately helped us out and shifted us to an alternative dorm.

Điểm cộng: Loved Mad Monkey! So easy to meet new people with all of the different activities they offer. Had so much fun and will definitely be back!!

Đánh giá: Stayed for just one night, but the staff made me feel like they know me for ages. Wonderful rooms and highest level of hygiene everywhere . Food options highly recommended too . Shall visit again soon
