Điểm cộng: This is the third time I’ve booked a room here, and it’s always my first choice when traveling to Hoi An. The hosts are welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrive. The location is conveniently close to the town, and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property are impeccable. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable experience!"

Đánh giá: Good location between beach and old town within easy cycle distance, but had to hire a bicycle elsewhere.

Điểm cộng: The owners were really nice and allowed me to borrow their bike for free to ride around Hoi An. Very nice property situated about 40min walk to the ancient town but not an issue as I enjoyed walking to and from. It’s located on a quiet street and there are many local shops and vegetables stalls just off the corner of the back roads too. I also discovered 2 cute cafes just 5-6mins walk from the property - Tu Tam Book Cafe and Phuc Nguyen Rose Garden Kafe. Pikamart is also 10 mins walk away. Genuinely enjoyed my stay here and think it’s such good value for money.

Đánh giá: The room is clean and tidy. The towels and bed sheets are brand new. The air conditioner provides both hot and cold, and the water has both hot and cold options. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Điểm cộng: I stayed here for 4 days and definitely it became my green oasis in the hot and crowded Hoi An! The house was beautifully accompanied by lots of plants. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The host was very kind and helped me with my laundry. Definitely would stay here again if I am in Hoi An :)

Điểm cộng: Super clean, comfortable and a short walk into the main town, but still in a very peaceful quiet neighbourhood. Host was super friendly! a great deal!

Đánh giá: Clean room, new, the owner is super nice, her son is handsome, even though I only got to see him for 15 seconds :)) I come and go like the wind, leaving early and returning late, so I had to open her heavy gate myself. Booking a Grab is a bit difficult because there are few drivers in Hoi An, and they rarely come into this area.

Điểm cộng: It's in authentic local area so we absolutely loved to stroll around the town by foot. We traveled 3 weeks in Vietnam and this was one of our favourite accommodations. Lady is very kind as well and you can do laundry for 25k/kg

Điểm cộng: Our stay here was short and sweet, just one night, but the hosts here made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of the whole time we were there. We were greeted with ice cold lime juice and chocolate covered almonds and when we left were gifted a small clay whistle. Location is good! Rooms are larger than expected and fitted with AC and fan. Our room also had a beautiful balcony that we could perfectly see the full moon from. Best value for money our whole trip.

Chủ nhà thật là dễ thương, phòng rất sạch sẽ, có điều hòa :) và khu vực xung quanh đầy những người dân địa phương thân thiện và những nhà hàng tuyệt vời trong khoảng cách đi bộ với giá rất rẻ! Chắc chắn tôi khuyên bạn nên ở đây nếu bạn muốn có trải nghiệm địa phương ở Hội An :)

Điểm cộng: The place is super clean and as all the amenities that you need, and the big plus is that you have the sweetest host ever! She is friendly and so kind!
