优点： location & swimming pool
缺点： toilet bowls are dirty, brownish stained

优点： We weren’t able to check in and was only told about the property not being available on the morning of check in. It allowed no time to properly consider other accommodation. The owner did offer another much higher property much further away and offered to pay the difference but we were too scared to be scammed at that point. We landed up booking our own new accommodation.
缺点： Communication was poor. Things happens, AC wasn’t working but I’m not sure how that only came to the owners attention the morning of check in. Plus because of the language barrier, our taxi driver translated for us and it seemed like these apartments weren’t being let out for short stay anymore.
优点： The rooftop pool, the security, and the face ID entry.
缺点： I booked my stay at the The Goldview, my driver drove us to the location but was asked to check in at a different building for the entire if it was suitable. We decide it was not as we picked a build with a rooftop pool and the alternative did not have a rooftop pool. The check in process at The Goldview seem a little off for out of the country visitors and could be tremendously improved. rnrnI also think room 26.06 could use a deep cleaning, wipe down of cabinets (in and out), and a good dusting all around the apartment. There is mold in the shower and around the sink that could easily be clean with bleach. In addition, the oven did not work, and the cabinet doors are in need of repair.
优点： The rooftop swimming pool is really good. The seamless access with face recognition is amazing. I wish the apartment had more washrooms.
缺点： The location of the property on booking.com is different from the actual location of the place.
评价： The service is okay. However, when booking an apartment, guests should proactively contact the host. Alternatively, the host should reach out to the guests since there is no reception. Therefore, sometimes upon arrival, you have to wait, which can be very inconvenient. I have encountered this situation in Vung Tau.
优点： clean and spacious. It is not far from District 1 and other food districts
缺点： some noise repairs of tiles on my floor in the morning that destroys the peace

缺点： 1. It looked old worn down. Wood on bottom of bathroom door was breakingn2. Cob webs with spiders in hallway of master bedroomn3. No body gel, hand towels, toilet paper, or sponge to do dishes. n4. Shower in second bathroom was broken

优点： The rooms were clean
缺点： Almost everything, the room didn't have any AC working so we were asked to go to another floor
优点： It’s spacious and it looks like in the picture. And the location is in center. There are big and small marts downstairs and the security is good and safe. I stay as 10 people group.
缺点： You should chat to ask the exact location from the host since the pin location is not correct on the app. The apartment’s name is the Gold View. The aircon is not cold and it feel hot.
优点： Great views and friendly staff. The apartment was very clean and spacious.
缺点： The location was listed wrong on the website and the taxi driver had a very hard time finding the correct location. It's also rather far from the airport 15 to 20 minute drive.
