Review: The apartment is in a super central location, with neatly designed interiors situated in a quiet neighborhood at night and lively during the day. The most impressive feature is that the apartment has a balcony, with windows that allow for good ventilation and natural light. There are many dining options and mini convenience stores around. nEspecially noteworthy is the simple and smart check-in guide, as well as the landlord who communicates well and is very friendly and attentive. nI will definitely return to this apartment and recommend it to everyone.

Positive points: Newish looking property. The room is clean.

Negative points: Communication wasn’t clear. Also gave me a heart attack when I found out that I somehow needed to confirm my stay by message on the day of checking in before I arrive otherwise my room would be booked out.

Positive points: The team was very professional. The care taker played an important part to making the stay comfortable. One of the cleanest place in Hanoi.

Negative points: There was a slight confusion on the room when one of the guests indicated it was theirs. The host helped to resolve this quickly. . I was on the 2nd floor while some of the pictures were from higher floor. Thinking back it's great to match the pictures with the rooms to avoid the confusion.

Review: The lift directly opens into the apartment. The fire exit has a key stuck from outside. Both balcony gates do not lock up. The property feels extremely unsafe and doesn’t provide you any privacy keeping in mind that anyone can enter the apartment from the fire exit if they wish to. nThe apartment was extremely and unbearably smelly, there were rotten vegetables in the cabinet and old clothes in the closet. The bed and sheets are very smelly. There is no room service and no one to comes to clean the space.

Positive points: The place is clean and comfortable. nnIts very close walking to several restaurants, cafes and a shopping center.nnIt is also close walking to a nice park with a large lake.

Negative points: Check in is a bit complicated and communication with the host is not very good.

10.0 Beautiful stay near Tay Ho - Rebecka 15-11-2023

Positive points: Beautiful view of the lake and the city. Great WiFi and very good air con. Shower has great water pressure and there was a bath if you fancy it. Location is close to some good western restaurants (the Greek restaurant down the road is amazing) and although it's in the quieter area of Tay Ho, there's loads of bars and coffee shops if you walk a little further. Also the new Lotte mall is in walking distance. Modern and clean apartment!

Negative points: We would have liked a couple more pillows in the bedroom. There wasn't always hot water in the shower, but we didn't mind this so much as it was pretty hot and humid out during our stay. These are just small things - it was a wonderful stay!

Positive points: The apartment was clean, equipped with almost everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The water pressure in shower was perfect (probably the best we had in Vietnam so far). There are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area, the Lotte mart is in 10 min walk distance.nThe owner provided detailed instructions on how to check in, so we had no problems whatsoever. If we had questions the owner would reply almost immediately which was very helpful. Can definitely recommend this place!

Negative points: There was just one mug in the kitchen, so we had to share one coffee during our breakfast. Would be nice if you could provide at least two.

Review: Nice room, fully equipped, self check-in, the owner is friendly and helpful, just a bit too many mosquitoes. Anyone wanting to cook in the room should bring extra seasoning, but there are enough bowls, chopsticks, and pots. 🤩🤩

Positive points: Excellent facilities. Excellent care taker.. good service.

Negative points: There remains some confusion on the rooms .. Good to number them on the booking.com so we are all clear and on the same page. Else it's a great place.

Review: I believe the owners think that the self check in works for this place which it doesn’t. When booking on Agoda they don’t send you any info on how to check in or which room you are, luckily there was a nice girl renting the place as well who helped us or else we wouldn’t have been able to access the place at all. There is a guy who works there but he doesn’t speak English and he is often not there. The room was nice & clean, they had Netflix and the shower had hot water. No view & no coffee in the room and the location is a little out of the way, but other than that it was fairly nice.

Review: The accommodation is conveniently located, with comfortable rooms, but the issue is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in our room. Since we have a baby, this is the only thing we don't like everything else is okay for my husband and me.
