Đánh giá: We struggled getting there a little, because of SIM card issues and cant get a cab. But, all is good with our stay. Boss of the 民宿 is extremely helpful and friendly. Super yummy breakfast provided by them as well. All is good!

Đánh giá: We (6 adults, 1 elderly and 2 kids, age 6 and 8) stayed at this B&B from 22-24th Dec and it was fabulous! Both owners, Mr and Mrs Tan, and their manager, Mr Lee, had made a difference in our stay with their warm hospitality!nOur quad room was upgraded to a 6-pax room at no additional charge when they saw that my mum and my girls were staying in the same room as us. Mr Tan kindly told me where to vegetarian food at Luodong Night Market when he knew that we had 6 in our group and he even offered to help us pack some rice rolls to bring to our day trip to Tai Ping Shan when he went marketing the next morning. However, when the stall wasn't opened the next day, he bought us some snack FOC for the journey instead.nThanks to both Mr Tan and Mr Lee's recommendation of hiring a driver with his 9-seater car, we had a great time at Tai Ping Shan as the driver doubled up as a tour guide, bought us to the #1 chive pancake stall, to Chui Feng Lake which was 20 min away in additional to Tai Ping Shan and he shared some history with us during the journey. He also helped showed my girls and mum how to cook the eggs and corns in the public hot spring for cooking while we went to take a dip in the other hot spring.nBoth owners stayed up and chatted with us on our last night there and they gladly shared places to visit at our next 2 stops, Hualien and Taipei.nOn the day of our departure, Mr Tan negotiated with the 2 cab drivers to bring us to Jiaosi train station to buy our tickets and deposit our luggage before sending us to Wu Feng Chi Waterfall instead of the initial plan of just sending us to Luodong train station. nTheir sincerity and friendliness had made a real difference to our stay and a big thank you to both Mr and Mrs Tan. Đánh giá: A poor experience in booking hotels. The breakfast is cold with little choice. The food is substandard. The water is not warm enough for taking bath. The host is not very friendly.

Đánh giá: Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and we appreciated the hospitality of the owner and all employees. This is a relatively new hotel, the room was clean and roomy. One thing it can be made better is to add a clock (or an alarm clock) in the room. Also it seems no air conditioning outside the room (but I know having this air-conditioned would add more cost for the stay). Definitely we'll consider to return next time!
