Điểm cộng: The rooms were very nice and clean!! I was very happy with it! It had a lot of space and I got the best sleep on the bed. Everything was clean and fresh and the wifi and warm water made it so much better! 10/10 would go again! Oh! and the instructions in the rooms were very helpful!!

Đánh giá: The location is isolated (in the dead end alley) and difficult to find. It is not appear on goggle maps as well. The staffs speak limited English but one guy. It has cozy and clean room. But they have weird amd inefficient rule (at least for me) to follow: you have to take off your shoes and change it to sandals provided before entering the hostel. This silly rule requires more effort and many people stuck in front of the door on both sides (and the building of the hostel is very narrow inside) because we need to wait for others to change their shoes. If you don't mind with it then you can stay here with cheap price.

Đánh giá: I booked 2 nights in a deluxe double room with a window through Agoda.com . When I checked in I was given a room in the basement, which was far from being a deluxe room. This room had a window but had an outlook of a wall 20 cm away with no view and no sunshine coming through. I always book a room with a window as Iike to sleep with the window open but this time I could not due to the terrible sewage smells coming from outside. I think the property knew this as there was a diffuser in the room masking the smell. I complained to the property but was told they were full and could not move me to another room and that was the room that I booked as per the photos online. On the Agoda site there are 34 generic photos some of which are of the rooms and there was no indication on the booking that the room I booked was in the basement. Should that detail been advertised I would not have booked that room. I would not stay at this hotel unless you can guarantee a room on one of the upper floors

Đánh giá: I arrived at 3.45pm and I've been nicely asked to wait (outside) because they were finishing to clean... fair enough but not exactly what you expect 15 minutes before the checking time.nOnce I got the room I choose one bed on the bottom, but the whole room and the bed were very smelly, so I checked close to the floor and it was very dirty including a dead cockroach.nNOT A VERY GOOD START!nSo, I decided to ask for another bed and informed them about the situation, but the final result is that I changed the bed, none cleaned the floor and the owner/manager put a dehumidifier and some deodorant.nThis person also told me that the room was smelly probably because of the previous guesses, but the question is: weren't you cleaning 20 minutes ago?nThe place is nice, well located and the staff helpful, but they should clean more often and fix this issue of the smell probably due to the room located in the basement (contrary to what the owner said to me).

Đánh giá: The B1 floor, just recharged my mobile all night but still no working with the plug. Attention, the reception finished before 20:00, otherwise you should pay extra money for their overtime. If not, you will stay outside to look for somewhere else.

Đánh giá: bed sheet seem not change every after customer, it seem have bug bothering me maybe due to it locate in basement...overall okay but need more clean...other solo travel can consider to stay
