Điểm trừ: Surrounding nature is very nice. Had maintenance problems with the bathroom flushing box, AC switch, sink, and stand shower drains in bathroom were blocked.

Đánh giá: It is not a five star hotel, rooms need maintenance, bad smell in toilet, the river sound very loud i can hear it while the balcony is closed.

Điểm trừ: Very busy and too many rooms for our taste. Not as clean and neat as the photos. Which is a pity. Noticed that cleaners clean for the eye only: dirty curtain, dusty lamps. Few power outlets.

Điểm trừ: Breakfast was subpar. Swimming pool is not temperature controlled. The rooms, including the bathrooms need renovation. The hotel is infested by ants. Staff need to learn english and be more customer oriented!
