Review: EVERTHING JUST GOOD. JUST IF YOU GOT CHIDREN OR ELDERLY WILL NEED TO CLIMB THE FLOOR BECAUSE DONT HAVE LIFT

Positive points: Great location - surprisingly quiet though a few minutes walk from the busy (touristy) night market. A pretty green square next to the building gives it a nice feel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating- arranged our taxi transfer from Da Nang in advance of arrival which made things straightforward. He had worked for the hotel company for 40 years!

Review: Near to night market, walking distance. Behind the hotel also market. Convenient. Breakfast need to go opposite the hotel. Can be improve. The only things is no lift . You need to climb the staircase..inconvenience for my mother old people

Positive points: Clean, excellent location and friendly staff. Rooms were lovely. Only complaint was they ran out of hot water in the morning so we had cold showers. Not great when it was rainy and cold already and was looking forward to a warm shower! Breakfast was amazing.

Review: The staff were wonderful! They helped us with renting bikes and gave us recommendations for which villages to visit nearby. The place was also close to the Old Town so we just walked back and forth.

Positive points: We loved the location which was set away from the business of the town but close enough to be within easy walking distance

Review: The location was great close to the night market and old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a fair amount of mould in the bathroom however the rooms were nice

Positive points: On this trip we stayed some expensive hotels, but the Lacassa Oldtown Villa was so much more cosy and homely and it was our favorite place to stay on this trip. We didn't feel like we were in a city, but only 2 minutes walk to the crazy busy night markets and old town.

Review: Good value for money and within walking distance to the old town. Rooms are of good standard and hasve all amenities.

Only 2 things to consider. There is no lift and during the rainy season the road tends to get flooded. You can still go through a side road so it's manageable.

While my overall stay was enjoyable, I must mention that the breakfast selection was limited, and the quality didn’t quite meet my expectations. It would be great to see an expansion of options or improvements in the food quality to enhance the morning experience for guests.

Positive points: The morning breakfast omelette and sunny side up is the highlight of the start of the day. Close to the old town but quiet at night time, which is good for sleep. Friendly and helpful staff.
