Review: I had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. It is conveninently near public transportation and restaurants.

Positive points: Great view, big room and bathroom, close to restaurants and shops close to the subway line and access to the airport bus limousine, it was a really nice hotel

Review: Convenient location but housekeeping staff should be more cautious of room amenities replenishment. Stay for 6 nights but have to ask for replenishment of vanity set 4 out of 6 nights.

Positive points: I liked that it was centrally located

Review: This location is great for accessibility to the clinics in Gangnam and the current popular shopping spot, Seongsu. The hotel is big in sustainability, however, it would be good to compromise having the drinking cups / the brushing cups as plastic/glass to avoid much wastage. Another feedback is the pillow being too soft and the carpeted flooring is quite dusty. Overall, it's a quiet hotel which my partner and I enjoyed.

Positive points: Friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are squeaky clean and you have everything you need around the area.

Review: Considering this is a 4 stars hotel the amenities is very poor. No tooth brush even on request. The hotel is situated at a quiet area nothing much around. You need at least 30mins and above to reach to place of interest.stay here if you intend to stay in gangnam. Early check-in is not possible need extra charge.

Positive points: The room was very spacious. The location was also very convenient. Bonus plus- airport bus just outside of Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay again.

Review: Good location and very clean. Shower is strong and breakfast was good. My only comment is they don’t change the food daily for breakfast. You get tired of it after the 2 nd day
