优点： The staffs are very helpful and kindness (Miss Arsila and Miss Amel). Very enjoy staying with the hotel.

评价： They announce on their page they have airport pickup with schedule and everything. One being at 1pm. So when I landed, at 11h30, I texted them asking where was the pickup exactly. They replied saying I should have reserved 1 day before. But I booked the hotel at 7am, landed at 11:30. So how could I have reserved it a day before when one day before I still had no idea I was going there? When I said that they stopped replying and had to come by taxi. Also, it’s not written on their page you have to reserve that service one day prior! They have a time table. You are made to believe there’s a pickup waiting for you which is not there! nnThen got to the room, which felt like a sauna. Small room, very good, AC at 16 but clearly not working properly. When I asked if they had another room, they said no, even though I could come to Agoda app and see there was availability! I had to stay in that room, sweating, like drop sweating! nnNext day woke up, went for breakfast at 8h30. Most of the things were finished. No bread, no forks, no knifes, just lunch food, no breakfast food. When I asked the staff if they were about to refill things I was told it was finished everything! It was 8h30!! “I’m sorry sir we had a big group before”! Which I replied: “yeah, but I paid for the same breakfast as them. Where is mine?” Sorry! Finished! nnUnbelievable! nnI really don’t complain and accept what the universe gives me but this must be the worst service ever! nnStay away of this hotel by all means! Not worth it

优点： Location close to mall and n restaurants

评价： Before booked and check in hotel have free shuttle to airport provided, after check in hotel receptionist told me the shuttle full and not available so I have to get my own teksi to airport in the next day, it’s look near to airport from the map but it’s quite far actualy, since its heavy traffic so I have to depart earlier from hotel to airport, and some more the picture and photo of the hotel look nice online the hotel but when I reach the hotel on site it’s too old and need renovation
