Đánh giá: If you are passing through Bali it's fine but if you are looking for luxury for a few days don't book, staff are lovely and the reception is beautiful but everything else is a let down, soulless and run down, breakfast is odd, one restaurant not on site etc just wouldn't recommend

Điểm cộng: The hotel is very nice - room was comfortable and big, decorated in traditional style, stuff is great, kind and polite. All were clean, breakfasts were tasty and had choices.
Unfortunately we didn’t like Jimbaran beach, but the beach club is good.

Điểm cộng: Staff were incredibly attentive. Our room was upgraded and decorated for our honeymoon. We had breakfast at the beach one day and at the hotel another, both were good. Beach was good and it was nice having quick transport there. We walked a couple times and it is very close. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner which was great. Room was nice and very clean.

Điểm cộng: The Spa was heavenly.. It was a great experience for us. The location is also not far from the beach and easily reachable by the golf buggy provided by the hotel. The beach club is quiet when we visited for breakfast.
The aircon was not working well in our first night but they offered to upgrade our room on our second night, which was very pleasant. The Indian food restaurant was also great.

Đánh giá: When we arrive, they warm welcome us with welcome drink and delicious Apple cake.
The room, we love it. Only no electric socket near the bed, and not Indonesian style toilet room (no water to wash). Awesome Breakfast!, they gave us Valentine chocolate cake, and it's tasty. The beach club is great, they have free drop/pick up shuttle on request. We would love to come again. Thank you to all the staff

Điểm cộng: Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The hotel is beautifully appointed and looks great, but it did have its issues. the staff did change our room for us. and tried to help out as much as they could. short walk to the beach and seafood restos.
