Đánh giá: The hotel is really nice. The stuff is super kind and the breakfast is tasty with 3 main options: indonesian, healthy and continental. There is a small swimming pool and some bungalows have nice baths. The area is a bit noisy in the morning, although it is very quite in the evening. The hotel area is very green and clean. I enjoyed my stay here in April 2025

Điểm cộng: Thank you so much for the stay. The hotel’s manager was great. He helped with everything that we wanted. He arranged breakfast exactly how we wanted. They have laundry service as well. The transfer was also good. The driver Ali is a great guy. Thanks for everything!

The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
Would definitely stay there again and recommend this to others.

Đánh giá: We travelled to Bali for our first wedding anniversary. Our first
hotel was booked at Kompyang Cottage. initially, the staff was very
good especially Vickie at check-in. Our stay was 3 nights. On the very
first night I noticed the toilet had poop stains from the previous
guest. We got ready for dinner and on our way out, mentioned to Vickie
to have that cleaned. When we returned, it was not cleaned, on our
second day another personnel was informed about it hoping it would get
cleaned, it did not happen even on the second day when they provided
room service. We decided not to create a fuss because the staff was
nice and just politely mentioned again and this time they did it so my
wife was finally able to use the toilet on the 3rd day. The hotel also
booked us a snorkeling trip and oh my god! I wouldn't suggest this to
anyone. the captain did not give us life jackets until all of us
screamed and asked for it. Furthermore, it was such a rough sea and
the captain being reckless lost control of the boat and all the water
gushed in and with that 3 people fell on me and I got severely injured.
The other guests, including us, asked the captain to take us back to
the shore as it was highly unsafe and all of us were petrified. Upon
Returning to the cottage, we shared this experience with Vickie as
well as another hotel personnel and mentioned clearly, we did not do
snorkeling so we won't pay for it. The gentleman started yelling at me
and this turned into a fight. How shameless can the staff be? Risking
our lives and accusing us of not having money to pay for snorkeling?
Really bad experience and ruined our anniversary. We finally ended up
paying some amount cause the gentleman at the front desk became
aggressive and threatened us. Even after check-out the snorkeling
staff continued to send us whatsapp
texts demeaning us shamelessly. Happy to share screenshots if Agoda
takes this matter seriously.The cottage does not pay two hoods for your
safety and security and niether cleanliness. The shower area is
covered with mould. Al though its an outdoor bathroom, they do not
clean it at all. Especially the toilet I had mentioned, that was
disgusting. Also the bike helmets that are rented out to guests are
kept in damp areas covered with mould and smell of other people's
sweat. I would not recommend this place to anyone as the hotel is
neither hygienic nor safe. Also, thanking God that we came back alive from that horrendous ride into the ocean!

Đánh giá: just one problem, for transfer i had to wait for other guest more than 30minutes at the harbour . and actually they arrived at another harbour. I really wasted time there inside a car...

Đánh giá: We stayed here for 2 days, rooms are clean. Washroom was the best and the location is very good too. The breakfast could be better but other than that, a very good stay

Điểm cộng: Staff were very welcoming and helpful, they got us a driver to take us to the Harbor for when we left on a ferry, organized a scooter for us.

The room itself was stunning, in a good spot right near all the restaurants by
the beach

Điểm cộng: The staff was amiable and welcoming! Our boat was an hour early and they were great at accommodating us while we waiting for our room to be ready. Without asking, they offered to send a driver to pick us up from the ferry. The facilities were well kept and one of the cleanest places we've stayed during our travels throughout Bali. We also adored the outdoor bathroom. Everything was fantastic and we would stay again!

Điểm cộng: The cottages were adorable & the landscaping was impeccable. Loved the included breakfast each morning & how they delivered it to eat on our porch.
The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to be of assistance to us. They helped arrange our complimentary pickup and drop off at the port, as well as book a driver to go to dinners. They have a restaurant not far away (Singabu) that they provide a free shuttle to, and we loved it! The pool was delightful to come home to after a hot day sightseeing. While there is no restaurant on site, they were able to bring us drinks by the pool, which was just perfect!

Đánh giá: Just near most happening side of Nusa Penida, walk away distance from major beach clubs, it is most preferable stay with open shower facilities. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly
