Điểm cộng: Great value-huge room with terrific view. Staff was awesome. Very good breakfast.
Điểm trừ: My only complaint is a minor one: the toilet sprayer was weak and not effective.
Đánh giá: My friends and I met up in the capital city, Hanoi, without any plans. I booked a room at Wild Lotus for 2 nights and was very satisfied with the service here. The lake view is super refreshing, the rooms are well-equipped and clean. The staff is very enthusiastic.
Điểm cộng: A very stately and comfortable room. Also, the staff were very kind, packing a lunch for me (because I'd missed breakfast), and letting me stay in the lobby until it was time to check in to my next place!

Đánh giá: Spacious well-fitted rooms in a great location. Comfortable and convenient.
Điểm cộng: Spacious room with panoramic view. Bathroom facilities in good condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Breakfast (included) had many options. The 7 Bridges brew pub next door has good beer and a nice vibe for those missing the US. The sticky rice breakfast choice is a winner. Neighborhood is where many ex pats live but also away from the tourist quarter.
Điểm trừ: To be picky, the western style breakfast was not great (need more research into “toast with butter and jam”. And the bahn mi choice really should have a bun.
Đánh giá: Very cute hotel and helpful staff for the value. nnA bit far from the main lake and is next to a pub so if you're sensitive with noise it might be a problem. nBut ear plugs were enough for the noise level. nnStaff is very helpful and instructions are very clear. nFull of hospitality. nIf you are a budget traveler like us for this weekend I totally recommend this one. nNote that they have a gym but it wasn't operating at the time we were there.
Điểm cộng: The hotel was truly an ideal choice for our vacation. The rooms were very specious and comfortable for my mother-in-law & for us. The space around the hotel is very bustling. The panoramic view of the lake was beautiful. nEvery member of staff went above and beyond ensuring our stay was the best. Hoang Ann, the front desk staff arranged our round trip transportation from hotel to Ha Long bay which was cheaper than ordering through the cruise ship.
Điểm trừ: Bathrooms don’t have hand soap. No paper towel, trash can, and not enough utensils in kitchen. Safe lock didn’t work.

Điểm cộng: Very welcoming staff who go above and beyond to help you. Comfortable and spacious room, and copious breakfast! The hotel is in a less touristy area, away from the noise, but the neighborhood still has plenty to offer: monuments, shops, restaurants, massage places...
Đánh giá: This place is also good for family trip. Nice and large room with lake view. Nice staff and easy to travel
Điểm cộng: The room is very large and located in Tay Ho which is a great location. Giang was a fantastic member of the hotel’s staff and very lovely and capable. She remained professional at all times and very skilled. All staff were lovely.
Điểm trừ: Xuan Dieu is a very busy road that the hotel is located on.

Điểm cộng: The room was large and the location was pretty good, exactly where it was advertised. Staff was very friendly. AC works well
Điểm trừ: - instructions in the bathroom said not to flush toilet paper. So you throw your dirty toilet paper in the garbage. But in my 4 day stay, the room was cleaned only once. So you had 3 days of disgusting toilet paper sitting in the garbage that whole timern- In 4 days I had exactly 1 hot shower. Every other day no hot waterrn- In 4 days the room was cleaned oncern- The room (and the entire building) were built poorly with cheap materials. Eg big cracks in the bathroom ceiling opening to some space above with light shining through (to where??). Thick beads of caulk all over the bathroom, shower, sink which get super moldy. Cheap plastic flooring. Furniture is cheap and worn. The original bathroom light fixture was gone and replaced with something super janky looking and exposed screws and old holesrn- Signs in the bathroom telling you not to stain the towels or else face a 350,000 VND fine (~$14 USD). I'm sure this is way more than the towels cost and the towels weren't in great shape anyhowrn- Maids cart, mops, brooms stored in the hallway rather than in a closet out of the way
