The villa is clean, beautiful, well-equipped, and the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The owner is very enthusiastic in guiding the dining and entertainment spots near the villa, as well as the check-in procedures. This resort is very close to the Hampton Pier for sea viewing, but you cannot swim in the morning because the beach belongs to the Nova World service group, which only opens at 9am. A place worth experiencing.

Villa, there are many mosquito, not friendly staffs, not clean many cigarettes, and many other

Good villa! (There are complete tableware, electric cooking utensils, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine)
The surrounding environment is also very good!
but!
On the first night I arrived in the villa, the whole house had a smell of smoking.
As a result, there was no ashtray in the living room, and one of the dining table was also placed. (This is annoying for tenants who do not smoke)
The dishwasher is broken and there is no notification.
(We are using some tableware to know that it cannot be used)
A sheet in the room is also very dirty (with some stains),
You can be dirty at the chair cushion near the swimming pool! (There are some gum marks)
In the above small places, if the homeowner can improve,
This villa will be perfect, beautiful villa!

We will come back

First time my family came to Ho Tram, the Villa owner gave us detailed instructions on how to receive and use the villa, showed us where to buy seafood and places to have fun... Especially, the villa is extremely spacious and clean, with high-end furniture. Definitely, my family will come back next time. Thank you.
