Đánh giá: Did not clean my bathroom sink or toilet bowl. Didn't even want to pick up garbage from the floor that she left on. I have to insist her to do pick up garbage! Enter my room without permission!
Điểm cộng: HCM was very hot during our visit. Room was as described. A/C and fan were amazing. Close to the airport. Great local food options on the side streets.
Điểm trừ: Nothing. Everything was good. Note that it is a layover destination not a tourist area.
Đánh giá: Day time staff or cleaner enter my room without permission. Some of my belongings are damaged but if I notify the reception she will just say they didn't do it! My luggage was poorly scratched not to my mention my shirt was ripped with hole!

Room size was ok as it is budget hotel, there is a lift (as I was on the 6th fl) opening windows mini balcony with views of Landmark 81 in the distance.
Location was okay but super noisy as its on a very very busy rd.
Bed was clean & comfortable, they were happy to give me extra pillows (as I was post surgery's)
Desk & chair were handy
Tip-Communication with staff use google translate.

I had to wipe down all surfaces as not the clean at all? (I'm an ex cleaner)
TV was very fuzzy un watchable (used my laptop instead)
Had to get on the floor to reach the power point to plug in the fridge/kettle (as the power point is inside the cabinet)
Room smelt smokey, (I asked for non smoking) ???
Mini Balcony floor was filthy, had 2 dying palms in pots (so I trimmed & watered them during my stay) 🤞
Found a used syringe in the window sill -cap on, A glass pipe on the balcony along with cigarette butts & plastic cutlery?
I understand its a really cheap hotel but a little more upkeep would be great along with wiping all surfaces down more regularly!
Đánh giá: Ask for a quiet room which mean don't put customers in and out for postitution next door and make huge noise!

Đánh giá: Hello, head up asking for more but didn't offer cleaning for this date! 2 Cleaners with big attitude! Banging doors to wake you up in the morning! Beware of some staff's behaviour!

Điểm trừ: hotel service was terrible. we booked our reservation ages in advance and when we came to the hotel. the receptionist girl told us that they did not have the booking. so they gave us the most terrible room left in the hotel. the bed sheet was ridiculously dirty, it was so dark and looked like somebody had stepped on the sheet before we came. the bathroom was broken. the shower was damaged and the floor hurted my boyfriend feet. i would say this is the worst hotel I have ever been in Saigon. the price isn't that affordable either. Never recommended!!
Đánh giá: Your property has tenth of empty room but the staffs that was poorly arranged customers even I requested a quiet room. Loud couple or hookers were arranged by my room so night time sleep was affected by their activities! These people have no shame!
Điểm trừ: The facilities look old, the hotel have good location for going to the airport, easy to get taxi and have quite alot things around. However, the blanket n facilities inside the room is old….

Đánh giá: The room is OK sometimes because one cleaner was ok. But the room 403 has a lot going on. Loud door banging from the prostitutes. The maid clean this room very often like 5 times a day where my room not even once just once every 5days and refill amenities. This sometimes very anointing.

I do not aware this property would allow guest to use it as a warehouse in the room and public area to pack their goods. Boxes of packaging on 4th floor where ride next to my room. It was horrendous unbearable noise! Is like a warehouse or supermarket!
