10.0 most incredible experience of uluwatu through umana bali cannot wait to go back once the beach club is finished - mackarey 13-09-2024

장점: stayed here for last week of our honeymoon and it was BLISS. complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. views were amazing. villas were spacious and amazing. turn down service every night was so sweet. gym is pristine w gorgeous pool + free yoga every day.

단점: the monkeys hahaha there are A LOT but they are not aggressive and the hotel staff will come quickly to scare them away if you feel overwhelmed nnhotel is on a cliff and the beach access stairs were under construction while we were there so we had to be driven down to the beach each day which was the smallest inconvenience. also the beach club was under construction- once it is finished and the staircase reopened the hotel will be perfect nnsauna didn’t worknhot tubs don’t get very hot

10.0 Exceptional - Wiessner 29-05-2024

장점: Umana and their staff are absolutely fantastic! I would stay here for every vacation for the rest of my life if I could. The staff were so kind and helpful including our own concierge available via WhatsApp to help book travel, excursions, and services at the hotel. The pool was stunning, but our own villa even more so. We had panoramic ocean views that I just could not stop looking at from our own infinity pool right through the glass doors to our room. I was on cloud nine!!

8.0 Family short stay - Yulia 12-04-2024

장점: The villa interior is very nice and comfortable. The hotel is located 5 min away from Melasti beach, which was very nice, however the staff failed to tell us that they have designated beds there from the hotel (we found out by ourselves). The kids club is very nice and not crowded, kids didn't want to leave (2 ladies in the kids club are really doing a great job).

단점: The hotel is a bit isolated. The staff is nice, however lacking proper training, they give confusing information and blame someone instead of acknowledging the mistake. The food is average, nothing special. The panoramic view villa we stayed in was right behind their main restaurant and that didn't give a nice view.

후기: The resort is beautiful, offer stunning ocean view from our room. The infinity pool and spa provided a truly rejuvenating experience. nThe staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. nI recommend Oceanview to anyone who looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway.
