티엔 타이 호텔 & 스파 (Thien Thai Hotel & Spa)

후기: Staff were lovely but rooms are dated, shower head broken in first room we stayed.

장점: It was very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly

후기: Value for money

장점: Hero is the manager and he goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. He checked on us personally multiple times to make sure we had what we needed.

후기: Highly recommend this property for Indian travellers to Hanoi

장점: Great location walking distance to everything you want to see and do. But on a fairly quiet street. The staff and the manager named Hero are phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lots of options both Asian and Continental. And the shower was hot and very good water pressure!

장점: Large size and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast options.

후기: We requested early checkin but the staff wanted us to pay full day charge for early checkin. The person incharge (security) was rude. They started inquiring one day before only when will we be vacating the room and did this multiple times. The Air Conditioning in the room was not effective in cooling the room.

장점: Clean and spacious room. Fast elevators. Good breakfasts. Courteous staff.

후기: Worth every spend. Breakfast buffet was very good. Room is big and clean. Near the Old Quarter. Recommended.

장점: Great room service and wonderful breakfast

후기: Very nice hotel with old colonial charm. Excellent spa services and great breakfast buffet. The location in old quarters is perfect and that staff was very warm and helpful.

장점: Great breakfast, location and very helpful staff. Very happy every time I stay at Thien Thai hotel.

후기: The location was excellent, with many shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the property was good overall, although there were a few minor areas that could have improved. The rooms looked a bit more outdated than what was shown in the pictures but assumed it was due to location being the Old Quarters and all.

장점: Clean rooms, comfortable bed, helpful and kind staff,(big thanks to Hera and Annie), great breakfast, staff helped with tours. Hera made sure we had packed breakfast before we left early to Sapa. Great hotel all around. Thank you

후기: Great location...walking or scooter ride to old quarters....tour busses pick up at hotel...great rooms, breakfast...outstanding staff...helping me book tour...get overnight train...get next stay lodging...very respectfully and nice!

후기: Thank you for our pleasant stay in the hotel! The staff were amazing and we felt very welcomed and like at home. Clean, quiet place with very good breakfast and location.

장점: Welcoming staff greeted us and got our luggage to our rooms while we were checking in. The rooftop restaurant and bar were a pleasant surprise as we had arrived late in the evening after a long travel day. Decent food with a good variety of options, great cocktails and a panoramic view of Hanoi. Our connecting family rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and an in room safe. The breakfast buffet was vast and delicious and met all of our family’s various dietary needs.
