더 마빌라 사누르 (The Mavila Sanur)

후기: Beautifully well designed Villa in great condition. Customer service was second to none. Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond constantly. A beautiful little fruit bowl upon arrival and they offer a lot of personal touches if you wish. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I requested that the sheets and towels weren't washed in highly fragranced washing powder as I'm allergic to the toxic chemicals and this request was heard and taken seriously.nnI can't fault this beautiful boutique villa and I highly recommend.nn

장점: Thank you The Mavila for the best hospitality 10 out of 10✨

후기: The room was perfect, breakfast was great, and was sent to the room on time as we requested. The reception upon arrival was very friendly and informative. An ideal place to escape from reality, it was a great stay, will be back!

후기: Villa bersih, lokasi deket jalan besar, di sekitarnya ada minimartket dan tempat makan lain

장점: All the staff were so sweet and helpful and would go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, including at the reception when it came to organising our tours or the restaurants to cater to our food requirements. Will most definitely be back!

후기: Good swimming pool. Staff so helpful and nice. Location is a bit hard to find cos traffic jams so much.

장점: The location and the staff

후기: Fasilitas, staff smua the bestnHanya saja menginap 2 malam disana, dan 2 malam itu ada acara birthday jd ckup berisik dan mengganggu sehingga tdk bs lg d sebut private villa

장점: A great place for vacation, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It also has restaurant in the same area which very helpful for us when we want to order food or drink for room service. Overall, i recommend for everyone who's looking for a private villa for vacation to stay here. Will come back again later !! 💯💯

후기: Overall not bad as a couple and you have own pool for yourself. Pool is clean. Cleanliness wise still okay but if I were to feedback is that staff can take note on small details like slight mood at the bathroom, ants at the kitchen if there’s food, sofa has some dust. However, that doesn’t affect our overall experience with Mavila.

장점: I had an incredible stay at The Mavila Sanur. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The villa was beautifully maintained, clean, and had everything I could ask for.nnThe highlight of my stay was the serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The pool was stunning, and the gardens were well kept. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options every morning.nnThe location was also great, close to Icon Mall making it easy to explore the area. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality of the team.nnI would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!
