더 앤 하노이 호텔 & 스파 (The Ann Hanoi Hotel & Spa)

후기: I was looking for a place not in touristic center, but not a too far from it and this hotel is perfect. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, everything was delicious!!!

장점: The room is so so it’s abit old style but breakfast is fantastic I like the breakfast here

장점: It was clean and quiet - I had a room facing away from the main road. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The spa services are great although can get noisy when it’s busy. The roof top bar serves drinks and food and is a nicee place to hang out in the evenings. The gym is well equipped. The hot tub and sauna are good except you need to inform staff when you want to use it so that they can turn them on. The hot tub is very large and clean - it takes 1 hour to full. Convenience stores ATMs and pharmacies are close by. It’s sbout about a 30 min walk to the lake which is a little unpleasant due to limited sidewalk space - not a fault of the hotel - is like that all over central Hanoi. Its is very easy to catch a grab into town though. I also loved that they allow you to check out quite late for a small fee.

후기: The Hotel is great - all the facilities you want at a really high. For us it was the service received by all staff that made staying at The Ann Hanoi Hotel & Spa so amazing. They went out of the8ir way to welcome us and ensure every aspect of our stay in Hanoi was enjoyable. Thank you!

후기: Many things to say relating to the staff attitude but dont want to watse of time. We just never come back to this hotel anymore.

후기: I broke my leg on tour of Vietnam and they were very dutiful and helpful to accommodate my disability. They even sent a fruit platter with a condolences card. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to take care of me in such a terrible circumstance
