후기: All is good, except the location is not quite convenient.

장점: Comfortable

후기: I booked and paid for a King Suit room which showing a living room in the photos. When I arrived, the staff gave me a room with a King bed without the living room and explained that Agoda uploaded with wrong photos. So dodgy for a 5 stars hotel. No recommended

장점: The location is nearby the big lake, very refreshing. Breakfast and buffet options are very nice. Food is fresh. Staffs are mindful and polite.

후기: Building abit old but overall still ok

후기: Loved the help by the travel desk. clean room, very good facilities, nice location next to lake . though not very visible, good restaurants in vicinity

후기: I had book the King bed room for one person but when I came Sheraton hotel, they assigned the twin single bed. I asked for my orginal booking room they refused and informed that : type of the bed cannot be guaranteed by Agoda, it is only guaranteed if customer contact directly with hotel....so it is imposible to change the room. nWhile I had not time because of my bussiness meetings to follow up this case so I had to stay for two nights. It made me not comfortable at all.nBTW, the hotel and room facilities are too old .

장점: Excellent breakfast, lots of options friendly wait staff and omelette makers

장점: The breakfast has lots of options and the staff is very accommodating

후기: Even though the hotel is little old but everyone who works there is extremely nice. So, old or new? It doesn’t really matter. We all had great time there.

장점: The facilities in the hotel were good, the staff was friendly and well-mannered. The view from the room was excellent. Excellent hotel that I would recommend for family and friends.
