Đánh giá: When I had breakfast, their salad wasn't been washed properly, found some contamination insects.

Điểm trừ: The bed sheet , Blankets cover and the pillow cover need to replace new as it seem like a bit old & dirty

Điểm cộng: Perfect location. Close to the beach, shopping centre, airport and other public places. The price was reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned properly.
Điểm trừ: Not so many options available for breakfast. The rice was dry and overcooked. Somehow the fruits didn't taste as fresh as I thought. Or maybe just me.
Đánh giá: Hotel location was good. Unfortunately the breakfast was so bad that when we came down at 8am, almost no food, no plates, no glasses..so dissapointing

Điểm trừ: Because of the renovation work, the stairwells and corridors were full of building materials. I had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator to get from the 3rd floor to the lobby. The street noise comes through the closed windows. I would have expected more from a hotel in the ASTON group for this high price.

Điểm cộng: The room was air conditioned on arrival. The staff were welcoming. Breakfast had choice of western or Asian. Eggs cooked to order. Bed comfortable. Hotel was quiet despite busy location. Shower was great. Wifi was great.
Điểm trừ: Located in semi segregated upscale downtown shopping district. To get in the area parking fee required even for taxi pick up! Breakfast although had choice was disappointing with disgusting coffee and no refill on many of items running low (even the milk when pointed out to staff).

Điểm trừ: Quite noisy at night especially rooms facing the department store. The water water dispenser did not have cold water.
Đánh giá: the only disappointment was the wifi was not good, could not make phone calls by wifi, had to use sim card data plan. Otherwise, it was a good stay
Điểm cộng: Clean, Near Mall, and surprisingly quiet.
Điểm trừ: Room breakfast not so much variant (well the hotel price so cheap anyway) hope in future they provide indomie as well and elevator only one.
Đánh giá: Asli sih hotelnya enak banget.. nyaman. Kekurangannya cmn ruangannya gak kedap suara aja. Tp overall enakkk... nyaman... next time.. ke sini lg bareng kluarga
