8.0 Overall good - Trinh 14-09-2024

후기: The rooms are spacious, clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. Overall it's good, but two points should be noted: 1) there should be hand soap at the sink for brushing teeth and washing face 2) there are still places in the bathroom where water leaks quite a lot, causing dampness and waste.

4.0 Acceptable - Truong 24-02-2025

장점: The place is clean.

단점: The Hotel is supposed to be none SMOKING, but we can smell the odor of cigarettes.when I'm checking out the receptionist is telling me that I had a laundry bill even though I have not requested such a service..

8.4 Great stay !!! - Duc 04-01-2024

10.0 Great. If I ever come back to the province, definitely gonna stay here again - Phương 20-01-2025

6.0 Above average - Nguyen 25-01-2023

후기: No idea !

7.0 Adequate stay with very efficient staff. - Larry 23-07-2024

장점: Large room and clean and comfortable bed .

단점: Too far from the main city center very few restaurants nearby. . Breakfast offering is a bowl of Pho.

2.0 Tai Ngo - Le 11-12-2022

후기: staff not friendly, room is smelling and dirty.

5.0 Acceptable - Hung 27-05-2024

장점: The bed in this hotel provided an exceptionally comfortable experience, which greatly enhanced my overall stay. I highly commend the comfort and quality of the bedding.

단점: In my opinion, the air conditioning unit appears outdated and is poorly positioned, as it's located on the wall next to the window. This results in uneven cooling distribution, with the air pull-out directed towards the desk and television, rather than the bed area, which is situated behind it. Additionally, the absence of a fan restricts the ability to circulate cool air effectively throughout the room, particularly towards the bed. Furthermore, the proximity of the motorcycle parking area to neighboring houses, rather than within the hotel premises, poses inconvenience.

3.6 My stay @ Phuoc Thanh IV - Mr 06-12-2022

후기: The room was big & adequate.
Breakfasts were very minimal
Staff were not trained well in friendliness & courtesy & professionalism.
Overall, overated, pricey - poor value for money

10.0 Value for money, will be back! - Anonymous 31-03-2024

장점: Room is big, BD included. Parking easy.

단점: Nothing

9.2 Đầy đủ tiện nghi - TRẦN 24-03-2025

후기: Phòng đủ trang bị, bàn chải này nọ ổn, ko dỏm. Phòng to, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên nào cũng dễ thương nha.

8.0 Very good - Nhật 29-01-2024

장점: Good

3.6 Máy lạnh yếu - TO 18-02-2025

7.0 A nice, economical stay for your vacation with a few minor quirks. - Downing 24-03-2023

장점: This hotel is located on a very busy, noisy street. Several small restaurants and a Winmart grocery store are within easy walking distance. The breakfast that is provided with our stay was actually very good. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor and has a pretty good view of the surrounding area. The hotel staff was good but, the restaurant staff was even better as they were very efficient and friendly.

단점: The front desk would only issue 1 room key. That room key must be in a slot for the A/C and electricity to work, I like to go exercise in the early morning while my wife sleeps and if she is still sleeping when I finish, I have to wake her up to get back in the room. We stayed for 12 nights and it would have been much more convenient for us to have a second key.
