노보텔 하노이 타이하 (Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha)

후기: Great hospitality and very helping staff specially Ms Thao.

장점: Location superb

후기: Thank you

장점: As expected, it was clean, comfortable, easily accessible and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and every Asian cuisine was represented besides the normal English breakfast.

후기: according to hotel request, i deposited 3,000,000 vnd. after checked out, i used a bottle of water. They said the refund will a bite late. i checked out on Apr 29,2025 until now still not get my refund.

장점: Clean & Spacious Room

후기: Quite disappointed for a 5 star hotel. On my last day the AC suddenly leaking. Breakfast is standard, but wish that for a 5 star hotel, could been better (at least a coffee with proper coffee maker) . The room was nice. However sound proof need to be improved, i can easily hear people talking in the hallway. The door lock , is only by card, it didn’t feel secure, wish that there is also a manual door latch.

장점: The rooms were very nice. And the restaurant offered fabulous breakfast.

후기: Overall ok place to stay, though traffic noises and honking can be heard even at like 2am or 6am. Premier lounge was a little disappointing and underwhelming, just go for a standard room without lounge access

장점: Everything was as good as you can expect from a high quality hotel.

후기: Pros: strategic location. Nearby to all my work purpose location. nCons:n- bad customer service. Receptionist always engaged.n- late room service.n- bathroom door not working despite fixed by worker.n- no good selection for breakfast. Everyday same. n- room lighting so dimn- pillow very thin.

장점: Excellent service and happy hours

후기: This trip is incredibly exciting and fantastic for couples in love!

장점: they was upgraded my room without fee. so friendly, cleanness.

후기: we got a good stay at novotel and didn't know that we got a really huge room, they got cooking tools, washing machine and full on fridge!

장점: Everything

후기: Convenience to travel,

장점: Facility within room. Comfy bed and every appliance are great within room.

후기: Agoda travelers are treated differently from other travelers or guests who have booked directly.

장점: Definitely value for money. Good hotel, nice buffet, nice room very big in general standards. The bathroom is also big. nThe service of the people is amazing
