Mahaloka Valley Nusa Penida

Đánh giá: Wow this place is awesome. Kinda located between valley among semi forest, but safer. We stayed as a group, enjoyed the most. Crystal bay and padang beach was at walkable distance, can hike a bit down to reach padang beach, breathaking experience. For rest of location it's mostly 30 mins distance to port or bays.

The room were compact and pretty, holiday vibe, and maintained neat. Staffs were so sweet and helpful as well. The Semi- open shower was a catch for the rooms!

For breakfast in package, there weren't many options, so that was bit disappointing, overall good experience. Will defenetly recommend this place. 😌

Điểm cộng: Wonderful location surrounded by jungle. The design is extremely well done and we spent many hours in the pool just looking out into the hills. Plants have all grown from online pictures also!

Đánh giá: This place is in a great place close to crystal bay and dive shop, easy to get around. The place is very tranquil and peaceful. They have scooters for hire. Really enjoyed our stay.

Điểm cộng: Best experience that we had in Bali till now. They definitely deserve a 10+ because food is absolutely delicious, the villa is a mai in, super clean and the staff TOP. Highly recommended because they deserve more clients

In our case, we stayed there for 5 days, there wasn't much activities provide from the hotel

Everything is 10 min or more far from you.

There isn't any internet signal in the hotel and wifi was the only option, and the electricity went off for a couple of hours, so you can imagine staying 3 hours without AC.

Điểm cộng: Well maintained of the beautiful garden, nice swimming pool, friendly staffs, clean room/shower, smooth wifi. Food was ok but not very good. Maybe it’s same around this island.

Đánh giá: We stayed here for 2 nights and its location was really good very near to beach and surrounded by the hills. Staff and restaurant is okay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Điểm cộng: Staff were very friendly. The owner even sometimes work at the front desk and very helpful and friendly. Told us a lot of stories about the place and gave us tips for traveling the island. He also asked his staff to pick up some coconut from the trees for us for free.

Đánh giá: We arrived at the hotel expecting a decent place with an eco lodge form of accommodation and basic amenities for our comfort but our experience was truly horrible. The bathroom was full of all sorts of insects with only a limited supply of hot water which ran out pretty quickly. When we slept at night, there was no electricity for 5 hours and we were sweating horribly for these 5 hours. There was no one at reception to tell us what was going on , no phone in the room to contact anyone and the number on Google wasn't even working so we had no way of knowing what was going on all through out this time .

The lock in our room wasn't working properly and we had to constantly ask the staff how we should lock it . Even the restaurant had very limited options and the breakfast was extremely basic. The hotel wouldn't even let us check out slightly later because we wanted to go snorkeling and take a shower at the room before taking the boat back to Bali

The only good thing about the hotel was that the staff were friendly and helpful but the facilities were horrible and for the price we paid , it was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT .

Đánh giá: We were there for a night stay, Crystal Bay is the most beautiful walkable beach in Penida which is just 1 km walking from the resort through a beautiful village. We had pool size body spa which was quite relaxing and since it was a big women only group, we enjoyed the privacy and serenity of this place. Highly recommend.

Điểm cộng: Everything! It is such a chill place, the staff is very attentive and everything clean and well maintained! Beach is walking distance with beautiful sunset views!

Đánh giá: The best part is the location.....its only 500 metres walking distance from crystal beach. Also the hotel's cottage are so cozy for a couple on honeymoon that he will be overwhelmed by the nature's beauty and will surely enjoy his/her stay.

Điểm cộng: Just everything about Mahaloka was amazing! The room/villa (stayed in villa number 10) was spacious enough, and was squeaky clean! The bed was so amazing! After long and tiring days of sightseeing, we just fell comfortably asleep in the awesome bed. Can't emphasize enough how critical a good rest is! The location is absolutely fabulous - sandwiched between the forest-laden hills on two sides towards the end of the narrow valley that eventually opens to the sea in crystal bay, and it is so secluded that you really feel peacefully cut off from the world! Having said that, the crystal bay which does get quite a lot of crowd is still just a little more than a stone's throw away! We did all our excursions arranged by the resort itself, and it all worked out quite perfectly. The best part of this resort though is really the people. Right from the owner to the staff working there - everyone is just so courteous and welcoming! We did some of our excursions with driver Jo and it was a real pleasure to have him take us around! The food at the restaurant is also finger-licking good. The breakfast if a bit light on choice for vegetarians - but this is really more of nitpicking. During our stay, luckily we had no-moon night and I have had one of my best ever viewings of the milky way from Mahaloka! It was mesmerizing. I will undoubtedly be staying again here in our next trip.
