후기: Great value for money in an excellent location. The room was massive and had a comfy bed.

후기: We stayed 4 nights at Lisa Homestay. It is well located at the center of pretty much everything, great location for a first time in Hoi An. We got the room 101 in the ground floor for the first 2 nights. It smells pretty bad, very dusty in several areas, not much ventilation and very dark on day time. It is also close to th kitchen and the reception so noisy and smelly in the morning. We were moved to another room for the last 2 nights once available. Better experience there with a small balcony so more light. Unfortunately there was a lamp from the street right to the beds at night time but it was fine. Overall it was fine as we didn't spend much time in the room. I would definitely try to avoid the experience of the room 101 on the ground floor. Reception also helped us to wash 4 kilos of clothes. It came the same day in good shape at low price.

장점: We liked the location on a quiet street. It was a short 10 minute walk from the city center. We also booked it while the price was very low (but even then we were disappointed to say the least).

장점: Booked a last minute stay for one night here. Cheap and close to the busy area. Friendly staff, let me borrow their charger. Spacious room.

후기: We had alot of mosquitos in the room. Room was clean but metress was a little too hard and thin.
Shower was really bad - very light flow and no hot water.

Location was good - 10 min walk from old town.

후기: The bathroom was very small, had to shower standing over the sink because there is no room. The water wouldn’t go down the drain because it was stuffed with hair. Had to clean it out myself. There is no staff in the Homestay and anytime you need anything you have to call on WhatsApp and wait for someone to show up. When we checked out we realized we forgot something in the room and when we contacted the staff they told us to come back and check and they couldn’t even be bothered to help us. We had to take a taxi special back to the hotel. Not the best experience.

장점: Affordable price. Staff are very helpful, offer a car and coconut boat services with a reasonable price. Drinking water provided. Can use the kitchen.

후기: Very close to old town. Some people mentioned that the room didn’t have windows to outside but this actually worked better for me as I could sleep in without the sun waking me up. Cleaned every day. The family is lovely,

장점: Best position to reach every Place in old Town by walk. Clean rooms, good staff, many tour options! Raccomanded!

장점: Perfectly placed in the island, close the night market and the old city (10mn walk)
Rooms are big and comfortable with balcony. We spent a long week end here and enjoyed a lot being close to everything by walk

후기: Owner was so kind in helping me out. She even allowed very early check-in. Room and toilet were clean. No lift though, but you won't expect this in a homestay place. Overall experience was good.
