후기: My overall experience was good. My room is very spacious, staffs are supportive, facilities are decent. 2 things I think the hotel should consider to improve:
1/ The smell of the room's toilet. The smell of the toilet in my room was not quite ok.
2/ Room's soundproofing of my room is also not good. I can hear the noise of people outside, which is sometime uncomfortable.

장점: Staff were really exceptional, regularly and thoughtfully offering assistance and services without having to be asked. Hotel is beautiful and the family room we stayed in was very large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet food was amazing and the restaurant and Cafe food and drinks ranged from good to excellent. When the tide was out and the beach was open for swimming it was great. The pool was good and there is a large kid's pool with a slide that my 7 year old really enjoyed.

후기: We had a lovely relaxing stay here with our two children. The resort is beautiful, and our rooms were very nice. Everything was extremely clean and well looked after, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this resort if you want to stay in Ho Tram

장점: Property was nice and pool area was fantastic.

후기: Great service , nice rooms, comfortable bed. Nice beach for long walks.
Improvements could be: setting up a covered terrace at the beach. It looks old and messy now. Clean the pool more often: lots of insects floating around.

Unfortunately there is construction going on next door! Loud banging whole Friday till 6pm 🤐

장점: The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is great. Many vegetarian options, and the price is really good.

후기: The resort is not too big but very clean, tidy, green space with many coconut trees and lakes so it is wonderfully quiet, especially at night.
The resort is new so the rooms and equipment are very nice, clean and modern. With a team of extremely sweet, enthusiastic and professional staff.
Breakfast is also rich and delicious, especially many delicious cakes served with vegetables and salads.
The restaurant space is a bit small and has wide chairs so it takes up a bit of space and is confusing, feeling cramped and inconvenient to move around.

장점: it is an upcoming resort town of the beginning stages. Beach location is perfect.

후기: Cơ sở vật chất ổn áp trong mức tiền, không gian nhiều cây xanh nên rất trong lành, view đẹp, decor đẹp, tuy nhiên dịch vụ chưa được tối ưu, tầm 11g30 tụi mình có liên hệ lễ tân thì biết thông tin room service chỉ mở tới 10g tối bên cạnh đó cách âm giữa các phòng cần được cải thiện, đồ ăn sáng ở mức chấp nhận được. 장점: Hotel manager was very responsive when we're complaining about the work construction from the next site. Staff were all very helpful and nice.

후기: Room is clean and spacious. The resort has excellent amenities and staffs were friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and family friendly (has smaller pool for kids). We had a great time at the resort and highly recommend it. The resort offers a great value overall.

장점: I’m benefited by the free upgrade room. But generally everything is excellent and room is spacious.
