르 자르뎅 호텔 오트 쿠튀르 (Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture)

후기: This hotel has the most beautiful lounge area with amazing artwork. The staff are just lovely and so sweet and caring. The breakfast is very tasty - same menu every day but plenty options. The pool is amazing!!! Didn't go the spa at all. Chose this location in the West Lake area so it is quieter than the Old Quarter but an easy walk or Grab ride away. Would definitely stay again - highly recommend.

장점: Friendly staff. Always concerned for our welfare

후기: Amazing hotel. Stay was awesome. All the staff is very friendly and helpful to tourists. Hotel rooms are awesome.

장점: Great location, great staff, great breakfast, comfy room with a nice view.

후기: Second stay had to be moved to sister hotel but it was also lovely. Looking forward to going back for our 3rd stay this trip. Staff are really lovely.

장점: Great location. Chris was fabulous and very helpful, he made sure he answered all our questions and shared personal experiences which made the stay enjoyable. Will certainly be back to stay at the hotel if we visit Hanoi again.

후기: 酒店很好，符合预期，特别要感谢sophie的服务，非常贴心，酒店从前台到客服服务都非常好，有求必应～

장점: The staff is very friendly, especially Sophie and Annie at the reception desk.

후기: What a beautiful hotel - The artwork and decor are stunning! Has a rooftop bar and pool which looks amazing - didn't get a chance to use it though. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Only got 1 night here as we left early the next morning - they provided us with breakfast boxes for our trip. Kept our luggage as were to return for 2nd stay but unfortunately had to relocate to their sister Spa hotel across the street due to hot water issues. The Spa hotel is also lovely - massive bed - super comfy and great pillows. Also very friendly staff - would definitely recommend.

장점: I liked the combo of menu ordering plus buffet both included in price. rnTremendously friendly staff.

후기: Recommend to others also

장점: What particularly stood out was the staff they provided local recommendations, 24/7 service, and were ultimately helpful at every turn, especially Rachel during check-in!

후기: No need to repeat our satisfaction. Nice service environment and location. A huge thank you to Rachel and Chun for their warmth and support throughout our stay. Already looking forward to our next visit!

장점: Excellent hotel in terms of hospitality and location. Very convenient from all the places to visit and the hotel staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The even packed breakfast for me since I had an early morning flight. Totally recommend the place.
