Điểm trừ: No clear stated rules and prices posted. Kitchenware was limited. Staff was rude and had no customer service skills when interacting with guests. When learning that guest washed one of the towels using their washing machine and using the other towel to dry the floor, she raised her voice, rude and demanded compensation which guest had no problem with. On check out date, she brought back the same towel and threw on the floor asking for money after guest already received confirmation from the owner that no compensation was needed. This raised questions whether the employee intended confrontation with guest or no consistency in communication between the owner and employee. At the end, the owner did apologize and showed effort in solving the issue. However, the employee’s behavior really left a bad taste in our mouth.
