후기: Good brand name, living up to its standards of facilities and service but location is bit off from touristy area in exchange for tranquility and peacefulness of the lake.

장점: Lovely location going out on to the water of West Lake. Beautiful sunset views, great food and beverage choices, and the staff was very friendly.

후기: The service and accommodations are excellent, as one would expect from an Intercontinental. Our overwater room was very tastefully appointed and offered a lovely view of West Lake. Staff were attentive and helpful.

후기: The best hotel we have ever come across. The view left us speechless every morning! Staff took hospitality to another level and the in-house massage services put us to sleep! Definitely staying here again whenever in Hanoi.

후기: Late check in that need to wait from 4pm to 4:30! No anniversary deco that promised in the email. Free Breakfast paid but staff asked me to pay after the breakfast. Not a 5 star services
